店家人很好，房間收拾得挺乾淨，環境比較安靜，設施齊全，就是充電插板有的有些鬆動。

民宿是在一座藏在巷子裏的老房子裏，周圍還有幾座名人故居。自助辦理入住很方便，衞生間空間夠用，洗澡也方便。

位置好，很好找，環境乾淨整潔舒適。距離中山街很近，步行5分鐘到達。出行也很方便。3樓有露台可以曬衣服，很方便。

挺適合預算不高的，離中山街很近，幾分鐘就到了。有洗衣房，重點是有陽台可以曬衣服！想去皇城沙灘，鼓浪嶼，沙坡尾，海灣公園建議住中山街這邊

民宿在中山路附近的小巷子裏，建議根據店家導航走不然容易迷路。
地理位置好，一出門離吃的和景區都很近。（非常加分）
房間確實是乾淨的，就是隔音…確實不是很好，躺在床上能聽見外面人講話和上下樓的聲音，不過我覺得對得起它這個價位。
適合睡眠質量要求不高的人/白天不會呆在酒店的人～
