旁邊就是商場樓下也有便利店很方便 就是房間前面一個客房在廁所抽煙沒辦法及時通風的馬上住進來聞到想吐，但是和管家反應阿姨馬上上門處理，態度也很好不錯啦

Facilities: Completely equipped, including disposable towels. Environment: Quiet and located next to a large shopping mall, perfect for a stroll in the evening. It's not far from the beach, and a taxi isn't expensive. Overall, it's quite convenient.

I contacted customer service on WeChat before even checking in, asking for information, and the service was excellent! The overall stay was great. The room was beautiful and spacious, but there was a minor hiccup before check-in. We arrived at our room on the 14th floor around 3:00 PM, and were stunned. The door was open, but the room was extremely messy. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding between us and the cleaning lady... I called customer service to ask if we could change rooms, but they said they were all sold out. After I hung up, I contacted them again on WeChat, asking them to move us directly. WeChat customer service immediately agreed (even though they had just told me they were all sold out). They moved us to a room on the 15th floor. When we got there, we realized we couldn't stay there either. We had specifically reserved a two-bedroom, three-bedroom room on the 14th floor, but there were only two beds and two bedrooms on the 15th floor. So we told customer service we wanted to stay there, and they graciously let us stay in a vacant room on the 15th floor. Because the weather was incredibly hot, we asked customer service for towels from the 15th floor, and they graciously agreed. We were temporarily accommodated there. After an hour's wait, our original 14th-floor room was cleaned, and we were ready to check in. Unfortunately, although the room description mentioned a washing machine, we couldn't find one on the 14th floor. We contacted customer service on WeChat, and they told us it was there, but we were sure it wasn't. Later, they said the washing machine was out for repairs and politely asked us to go to room 311 (the common area) to do our laundry. Overall, we loved the room. There was a living room where we could have a late-night snack and chat. The customer service was also very polite, but it felt like everyone had different information. For example, when we called to ask if we could change rooms, the phone customer service politely told us they were all sold out. We then contacted WeChat, and they moved us to a vacant room on the 15th floor. The second time, regarding the washing machine, customer service initially said they had one, just outside the bathroom. When we confirmed they didn't have one, they changed their tune and said it was out for repairs.
