床太小，廁所很小，水會從門縫滲至房內，隔音不好，走廊聲音很吵，窗外風景還不錯，雖然房價算便宜，但是下次應該不考慮了！

靠近廈門北站，步行5分鐘就到南廣場了。入住方便快捷，空間不錯，設施齊全，服務態度很好，樓下配套商圈不錯，衞生乾淨整潔

公寓位於車站出來，很近。但是出來的時候最好問下工作人員怎麼走。因為很多車站路口是被封了。公寓下面很多便利店，餐廳等等！非常方便！

裝修非常有風格，分成小區域，挺隱祕的，感覺蠻不錯，但是整層樓感覺像剛裝修一樣，過道全是灰塵，房間很小，一個人出差的話還好，湊合吧，一分價錢一分貨 早上趕路選這裏還蠻好的
