Rezen Select Hotels in Xi'an

To catch an early flight, I booked a deluxe twin room at the LICHENG RUIXUAN Xi'an Xianyang International Airport store, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! The biggest surprise was the shuttle service, which was incredibly efficient and hassle-free – I called the hotel after arriving at the airport, and to my surprise, the car arrived in just five or six minutes. The driver was also very nice, so I didn't have to drag my luggage around waiting, which was super convenient! When checking in, the front desk attendant proactively asked for our departure time and immediately helped us book the shuttle, even thoughtfully reminding us that they would provide a wake-up call in advance, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. It gave us a great sense of security. The cleanliness of the room also deserves high praise; the photos are an accurate representation! The bedding was clean and odor-free, neatly made, and the floor and desk were spotless, with no dust even in the corners. The bathroom was dry and not sticky, and the toiletries were neatly arranged. It was a very comfortable stay. The front desk service was warm and attentive throughout; check-in was fast, the staff spoke politely, and they patiently answered any questions we had without any hint of perfunctoriness. It exceeded my expectations. As an airport hotel, it's truly impeccable. I'll definitely choose this place again for future airport transfers. I highly recommend it to anyone catching a flight!

The room itself was pretty good overall. It's super convenient for getting around, with bus and subway stations just a left turn outside the door. Plus, there's a Wanda Plaza right across the street, and tons of great food options nearby, which is perfect for tourists. The staff were all warm and attentive, always ready to help with any questions and very efficient. Definitely recommend!
