Excellent located hotel close to all the major attractions of Xi’an. Whilst some aspects of the hotel amenities could be improved, every time I went to reception for assistance, there was someone on hand to help. In this regard, a big thank you to Mary Wong who ably assisted me despite my poor mandarin language skills. She was so courteous, patient and understanding. Overall, my stay in the city of four days was made so much more enjoyable by lodging at Ramada.

From booking to check-out, this trip to Xi'an was completely sublimated by the ultimate service of Ramada Plaza Xi'an Imperial Garden! During the three-day stay, the butler was very friendly and enthusiastic, and answered all my questions. The best thing was that he helped me to check out late on the day of departure. It was really great. I happened to go to the Shaanxi History Museum in the morning, and I came back just in time. This trip to Xi'an was perfect.

There is no one of the recommended hotels with children traveling by car. It must be a very cost-effective hotel 👍.
