I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel nestled near the bustling Muslim Quarter, the historic Bell Tower, and the iconic Drum Tower. On the stay, I was happy with the outstanding service provided by the front desk staff. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and patient, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When my daughter had a minor accident falling off the steps, the staff sprang into action within minutes, bringing medication and offering assistance without hesitation. There is no one specific to single out as all were equally outstanding.

We booked the Little Yellow Duck family-themed hotel. The room was quite spacious and came with a kids' play area, a tent, and a slide, which was perfect for young children. While its location is fairly central, we encountered heavy traffic when taking a taxi back from the airport. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Yongning Gate city wall entrance. However, the Bell Tower and Drum Tower are over a 10-minute walk away. During the hot summer, a 10-minute walk can be quite tough for children. Dining options are convenient nearby. Just a few minutes' stroll from the hotel, near the Bell Tower landmark, is 'Benpao Ba Shaanxi Cuisine.' It's a popular 'internet-famous' spot, but the queues are long, and I wouldn't really recommend it. The set menu's dish pairings were very odd, and as someone from Guangzhou, I found the Hu Lu Ji (Gourd Chicken) genuinely unappetizing. The hotel's breakfast was quite child-friendly. Like many hotels in Xi'an, this one offered robot delivery service. The room also had a 'Xiao Du' smart assistant, which was very convenient for the kids to listen to stories or watch their shows. On the downside, the hotel isn't particularly close to either Yongning Gate Metro Station or Bell Tower Metro Station, which makes getting around a bit less convenient. If you're traveling with children, I honestly suggest looking for a hotel around the Wulukou area instead, as it's closer to the metro and also has less traffic.

The environment of this store is very good, the transportation is very convenient, there is a subway line at the door, and there is a shopping mall downstairs. It is very convenient for food shopping. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and friendly. It is worth recommending. I will stay here again in the future. Thumbs up 👍🏻

Location near to bell tower but need to walk to main road if you take didi, and the reception will not help on this. Clean room but smelly due to humid, cleaner are super helpful but the attitude of these reception (except the young lady in evening shift) are all are “Manxin”, not up to the standard. Overall ok, but you could get better service if you choose other hotels. Also, no gift and room upgrade as shown in reservation, like fake advertising.

Service: There is nothing to say about the service. They care about the children enthusiastically. They will help soothe the children when they cry and give them small gifts. The small gifts are a small thing, but you can really feel their intentions. The lady at the front desk will patiently explain the food. , travel guide, he will patiently receive everyone who comes and answer all kinds of questions. When you go out, you will feel at home. You can choose from details. At the foot of the city wall, it is a good choice for quietness in the bustle.
