JW Marriott Hotels in Xi'an

Good fluent English speaking staff as you would expect from a 5 star hotel in China. JW Marriot high levels of quality as you'd expect with beautiful rooms, great facilities & lovely staff. Cleaning lady in pool area was very patient with my kids, appreciated. And room service was very helpful with all my wife's requests - cleaning lady put in a great effort. Fantastic time here overall.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this hotel when we visited Xi’an in March 2024. The Studio twin room we stayed in was bigger than our expectation and the kids loved it. Cleanliness is top notch. I’m really nit-picking here but I think it would be nice if there was an option for the bathroom blinds to make it darker for when you want to wake up late as the morning light could be a little disturbing. There’s a park next to the hotel with running tracks. There’s a mall about 2 mins walk from the hotel which has different food/restaurant options such as Burger King, KFC apart from Chinese restaurants. Our flight was rescheduled and was delayed a few hours. I requested for a late check out(beyond the regular late check out) they agreed without any hesitation. I have seen several hotels which look quiet impressive in the pictures but disappoint when you actually get there. This is not one of those. The hotel is as good as it looks in the picture if not better. Will definitely stay here again if I ever visit Xi’an again.
