Because I am a Huazhu member, I chose All Seasons Hotel when I came to Xi'an. When I placed an order on the Jiji mini program, I still didn’t find a certain price discount in a certain way, so I still persisted in choosing the Jiuji store in a certain way. It was 38 degrees outside in Xi'an these two days. When I entered the room and turned on the air conditioner to cool down quickly, I thought too much. I negotiated with the waiter and said it was because of the open window. After closing the window, the room temperature was still 26. After a while, the temperature rose to 27. I put this issue aside because I went out in the afternoon. When I came back at nine in the evening, I reported it to the front desk and still couldn't solve it. The temperature was 25-26 the whole night. I think this is a way for businesses to save money. Breakfast tickets need to be collected before eating, the hygiene conditions cannot be scrutinized, and no photos were taken. A sorry experience.

Although the hotel is a little far from the subway (10 minutes walk), there are many buses to the city wall, Beilin Museum, and Bell and Drum Tower. I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel on this business trip and had an excellent experience. I must give a big thumbs up to a waiter named Xiao Chen here! From the moment I checked in, he was warm and friendly, skilled in business, quickly arranged a room for me, patiently answered all my questions, and kindly informed me of the location and usage time of the hotel's various facilities, which made me feel instantly at home in an unfamiliar environment.
