Because I am a Huazhu member, I chose All Seasons Hotel when I came to Xi'an. When I placed an order on the Jiji mini program, I still didn’t find a certain price discount in a certain way, so I still persisted in choosing the Jiuji store in a certain way. It was 38 degrees outside in Xi'an these two days. When I entered the room and turned on the air conditioner to cool down quickly, I thought too much. I negotiated with the waiter and said it was because of the open window. After closing the window, the room temperature was still 26. After a while, the temperature rose to 27. I put this issue aside because I went out in the afternoon. When I came back at nine in the evening, I reported it to the front desk and still couldn't solve it. The temperature was 25-26 the whole night. I think this is a way for businesses to save money. Breakfast tickets need to be collected before eating, the hygiene conditions cannot be scrutinized, and no photos were taken. A sorry experience.

The location could not be better - right in the heart of the city, walking distance to many attractions, especially those you want to visit at night, and nearby a key metro station. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a well designed set up -- for this we had no complaints. Staff ignored my messages to the service WeChat though, then asked for a good review 🤣 Also noise from the street and other rooms was noticeable, but not too much of a problem. Bathroom on the first floor was very dirty, but the rest of the facilities were fine. We didn't have the breakfast. For us, the location was just so convenient, so for more budget conscious travellers like us, this hotel definitely served it's purpose. Recommend.

The room is quite spacious, very clean, the location is OK, about 300 meters is Longshouyuan subway station. It is convenient to go to all directions, half an hour away from Xi'an North Station. One person came out to play, and the size of this room was enough. The only drawback is that I live on the 5th floor. It is a room type with aisle windows. It is estimated that the upstairs is lived by residents. The owner who does not sleep is more chest tight. I don’t sleep at 1:30 in the middle of the night. I started activities around 6 in the morning. I stayed for 5 consecutive nights. The person upstairs is like this every day... If the quality of sleep is not very good, it is estimated that I can't sleep well.
