I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very attentive. RongRong helped us if me or my family needed anything and we felt well taken care of. Highly recommend

Top-tier venue and world class service. This is one of the best choices in town if you are traveling with kids. The hotel is located near the railway station, with easy access to a premium shopping mall nearby and many local restaurants with walking distance. When we arrived, they assigned a concierge (Ms. Rong-Rong) who helped us navigate the city, its many attractions, and hotel services during our stay. Rong-rong was extremely warm and customer-focused. The whole hotel staff were friendly and professional and delivered a great experience. The hotel was well-maintained with a modern Chinese vibe.

This hotel was incredible, by far the best and most impressive we have stayed at in our two weeks in China. It was very clean, unlimited water bottles which were imperitive for those hot days (35-39 celcius!), and the breakfast was a life saver for those not too familiar with Asian style breakfast - having many Western and Eastern options. The staff we’re very attentive and Laity was especially fast to respond and help us, even when she was off work she still replied and helped! We only had two days in Xi’an and there is so much to do, wouldve loved to stay more days at the Rose Garden. Next time!

This place is pure luxury. The moment you walk in you are greeted by a team of people. The rooms are large and comfortable with amenities in case you forgot something. There are separate rooms for the toilet and shower, including a full sized bath tub. You will find cold drinks in the refrigerator and snacks on the table. The food in the restaurant is incredible, with many selections for the breakfast buffet, and the staff make sure you are pampered in every way. They remember your name and the beverage you prefer. The location is in easy to access and just a few minutes from the subway. There are also a few street vendors near by but not in front of the hotel. They also have a great car and driver. He was aggressive but safe. He gave me the impression that he wanted to make sure I got to the right place and on time. Special thanks to Rongrong. She helped me on many occasions with translating, communicating and making sure I was well taking care of. She went above and beyond my expectations of good service. She made my stay extra special. The place and staff are top notch and made my trip to Xi’an most memorable and happy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Thanks again Rongrong and the entire staff at the Rose Garden Hotel, you are truly the best.

This hotel is amazing, totally worth the hype! The breakfast is very varied, there are free drink refills everyday in the mini-fridge, the rooms are super clean, and the staff in general put great attention to detail. Truly amazing value for money, would stay again.

Hotel is beautiful. Rather new, mysterious, and boutique like. Everything was clean, luxurious, and operational. The only thing that could top it off would be heated toilets which our Beijing hotel spoiled us with. Additionally, our personal assistant RongRong was outstanding. Very helpful, very available, and wanting to please. She took the experience over the top. ALL the employees were excellent and I would not hesitate to stay at Rose Garden Hotel again and often.

I mainly booked this hotel of the good reviews and its location. I really enjoyed my stay here, the room was beautiful and had everything I needed! The option to use the washing machine was great! Even got extra detergent in my room haha, and a sweet note in the morning next to the sweet table! The breakfast options were delicious. The reception, the porter in front of the hotel, everyone was super nice. As a solo traveler they made it feel like home for me. I would definitely come back to this hotel and Xian! Also special thanks to 管家张华 for making my stay more pleasant and hopefully we will see each other again!

Very very comfortable place to stay. Huge rooms, very clean, great service from the staff, there is alws ginger tea and fruits every single day. Very near the high speed railway station as well! Thoroughly enjoyed my time here!

Hotel staffs are so wonderful especially Lulu helped with connecting with my next destination hotel. Without Lulu, I think I would have had a very hard time. Thanks a million, Lulu. Hotel is beautiful and it also provided transportation in a very comfortable car to rail station. Breakfast was also great. Hotel room is beautifully decorated and bed is also very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel. Because of nice hotels and services in China, I will come back to China for more travel.
