This hotel was one of the best I habe ever been! The service is outstanding. On my last day I could not have a breakfast so they made me a lunch box! Thanks again!

An Unforgettable Stay – Perfect in Every Way! Our stay at Xi’an Guangcheng Hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and we were even offered a complimentary upgrade to a room with a stunning city view.   The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches like the high-quality toiletries and the daily housekeeping service.   The hotel’s amenities were top-notch. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a great variety of options. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, with fresh pastries, made-to-order omelets, and a wide selection of fruits and juices.   Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t have been better. It was within walking distance of major attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The concierge was also very helpful in recommending local activities and arranging transportation for us.   What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and attentive. A special shout-out to Ms. Zhang at front desk who made our stay extra memorable with their warmth and attention to detail.   We can’t recommend Xi’an Guangcheng Hotel enough and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Xi’an, China!

We spent two nights in this fantastic hotel. It is very close to the city centre and about 200m from a metro station. The breakfast is pleasantly varied with several chefs who can cook whatever you like. The room has a fantastic view large windows and there are several services included such as spa, pool and an entertainment room. We had no problem communicating with the staff in English. We also tried the dinner with raw fish, meat, chinese cousine but not limited to. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The customer services were very good. The location is good, just next to MRT.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The facilities including the gym and the swimming pool are very good. It's about 10-12min drive to the Muslim quarter and other attractions in the old town. Overall, it's a great place to stay in Xian

This hotel recommended by my colleague has a temperament that matches the ancient city. The room is warm and comfortable. The patient and meticulous service of the staff and the carefully prepared meals and snacks add a sense of intimacy, and also make people feel the enthusiasm and fireworks of Xi'an people. It is not far from the subway, and parking and going out are very convenient. I originally stayed for only one day, but due to the change of itinerary, I decisively extended my stay. I didn't have time to experience the swimming pool and the gym, so I can only experience them next time. In addition, the girl surnamed Yang at the front desk smiled sweetly, and the unknown guy was also handsome and sunny. In short, everything is very satisfactory.

Very clean. The guy at the front desk upgraded the room. It's close to Datangxishi subway station. It's very convenient to go anywhere. The earplugs were delivered by a small robot. I came for a meeting and ordered a package with breakfast. The breakfast was good. The three major nutrients were well matched. A very good stay experience. I hope to add some chicken for breakfast

The transportation is convenient. There is an airport bus to the airport next to the hotel, and the subway is also very close. I am a member of the hotel swimming pool. The hotel is at my doorstep. I am afraid that my family will be affected by the morning and evening flights. I stay here every time. The food is also affordable and delicious. Recommended!

The hotel has a good environment, free parking is rare, the lobby is spacious and classical, the room is quiet and comfortable, the bedding is very good, it is worth the price, and I will choose this hotel again.
