I had a great stay at this hotel! It was very clean and located just minutes from the airport, which made everything super convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and even offered me free airport pickup and drop-off, which I really appreciated. They regularly checked to make sure everything was okay during my stay. The room was comfortable, the price was very affordable, and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again .High recommended place…

The staff was super nice, they helped me through my luggage, went to pick me up and drop me at 4am in the morning all for free. The hotel is so cute.. the owners are so cute and super cool. They can understand English which is unusual but surprisingly good and overall the best experience ever as a girl

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The owner is very responsive when contacted through Trip.com’s messaging feature. He accommodated our late check in and super early check out + airport drop off. We felt like home staying here, and we had a wonderful experience overall. I definitely recommend booking this hotel, especially considering how fast the airport transfer service is.

it's a great experience to stay in xian for the first time.people are generally good but shy to communication because of lack of English. I'm stayed at Qintian Business Hotel(near Xian Airport).Owner of the hotel pick and drop me from Airport.hotel cleanness is goods, amenities are satisfied, services good enough. I'm satisfied.

The owner picked us up at 3am from T5 and then take us back to the airport at 8am. I have a good sleep here.

Arrived at mid-night and just want a one night short stay. Everything is good and convenient. Close to eating places. Don't have a Chinese cell phone number yet, so make it hard for hotel to pick me up at the airport. The owner is very kind and went through all the trouble to pick me up at the airport safely. Very reliable airport pick up service!!!

No elevator it is hard to go up if you have luggage in the room good location near to the airport

Very convent. When I checked out the owner even drove me to the airport train station. I didn’t have to ask, he just asked me where I was going and took me there.

I have been to so many chinese cities, this being my second visit to Xi'an; why does everyone speak English in Xi'an. It's wonderful for me I just don't understand it. Hotel dropped me at the airport, 24 hour access dude spoke english. Street food and chaoshi's nearby open really late. Great stuff.
