Crowne Plaza Xi'an Weiyang Reviews

Crown Plaza Weiyang hotel is located near residential area and 15 min walk from Daming Gongxi subway. There are many eateries and shops near the residential area. The hotels offers a varied and a good selection of breakfast. There are live food stations and a good variety of Xi’an food. The western pastries are abit disappointing as it is not up to standard and do not taste fresh.

This is one of the best Crowne Plaza hotels I have stayed in over the years, with regard to its excellent accomodation and splendid service and tidiness. Initiative and efficiency of both the security guard and the concierge were instantly displayed right from the moment of our arrival at the side-gate entrance. Likewise, heart-felt professionalism of the front-desk staff certainly made our check-in easy and comfy. Daily breakfast in the restaurant was more than sufficient in terms of variety and quantity, and even in such low-season time we still could find waves of diners kept rushing in. Finally, the executive lounge on the fifth floor is most impressive in all aspects ranging from environment to vibe to food to comfort, and needless to say, to the marvellous lady-staff who served us with state-of-the-art dining and outstanding, caring service. A happy staycation, really.

Very nice hotel, well decorated and and clean. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, breakfast is pretty good and with a lot of choices. Position is not very convenient to explore the old town.

The overall experience is average. The room is like the facilities of a budget hotel. It is not very convenient to get around. The exit door is even harder to find. If you go the wrong way, you need to look for it in a circle. Overall, the price/performance ratio is not very good.
