This hotel is a beautiful gem tucked away on a side street but perfectly located for Xi’an sightseeing. The room and bathroom was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The low level lighting in the hotel gives a romantic feeling. The staff were friendly and accommodating although it seemed that they were not accustomed to getting many foreigners staying at the hotel. The only negative is that the hotel does not have a dining area which means that the breakfast is served in an adjoining restaurant. It is a set menu of Chinese options and although tasty the change in atmosphere and decor between the boutique design hotel and the restaurant is disappointing. Stay at the hotel and get breakfast elsewhere is my suggestion.

Loved this hotel. Excellent location and helpful staff. The only thing to be aware of is there is no driveway. You’ll need to walk 5 min to get a taxi. The best advice from someone in the reviews was to pin the Xi’an Westin hotel and take an easy 5 min walk on the paved footpath. The staff helped me with my luggage when it was heavily raining today on my way to the airport.

This hotel is located right beside the Yanta temple. It is kind of difficult to locate. Location is behind Chagee. If you are bringing huge luggae, be sure to stop at the correct drop off point. I would suggest to pick up/ drop off at Westin Xian. Its a 5m walk but the way is flat. So you can just pull you luggage. Hotel interior is design with sophisticated class. Its a stone throw away from the happening places.

Thank you very much for Xiao Du's reception. It was very comfortable. I traveled to so many places, but this hotel made me feel the most comfortable. I stayed in Shi 05. You can directly see the Big Wild Goose Pagoda from this room. Breakfast can also be delivered to the room. It is very rich and the point is that it is delicious!! Big pieces of beef and very tender. There is iced Americano every day, and it is free. It is really amazing. It would be great if all tourist places had such a good hotel.

The hotel is located in the Tang Dynasty City That Never Sleeps scenic area. Vehicles are not allowed to enter. The staff came out warmly to greet us and help with our luggage. We walked to the hotel very quickly. The hotel has a beautiful and comfortable environment, is clean and sanitary, has good sound insulation and provides comfortable sleep. The breakfast was exquisite and delicious. The tea and drinks provided by the hotel are also very good and cheap. The service staff was very considerate and friendly. Thanks to Xiao Huang and Xiao Du for receiving us! A great accommodation experience!

This quietness makes the blooming and falling of flowers less sad. The aroma of hand-ground coffee in the hall is alluring. There are walls but it is not oppressive, like a maze or a bubble. Come and go without a trace

This trip to Xi'an was a great experience staying at Zhiyin Hotel! The room is in an excellent location. You can enjoy the magnificent view of Big Wild Goose Pagoda by just opening the window. When the lights come on at night, you can look through the window at the brightly lit ancient pagoda, and the atmosphere is immediately maximized! The hotel is only a few minutes’ walk from the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps. There are many delicious foods around, making it very convenient for sightseeing and food hunting. I would also like to praise the service staff Xiao Du, who was warm, considerate and professional, and thoughtful throughout the whole process. He also thoughtfully prepared exquisite afternoon tea when we checked in. The tea snacks were both beautiful and delicious, and instantly dispelled the fatigue of the journey. After checking out, the hotel found that I had forgotten some clothes in the room. Xiao Du immediately helped me pack them and send them by express, saving me the trouble of running back and forth. The attention to detail is reflected in this treasure hotel. I highly recommend it.

Welcome treatment: The hotel is close to the pedestrian street, so when I got outside, I called the front desk, and soon two waiters came to meet us, helped us carry our luggage into the hotel, and brought us ice drinks because the weather was very hot. Environment: The hotel is divided into several different themes, we stayed in "Stone". After looking at several rooms, the overall style is simple yet stylish. Because I didn’t want to schedule my trip too full, I took a stroll around the Big Wild Goose Pagoda in the morning and then returned to the hotel to take a rest. Sitting cross-legged on a mat and drinking tea, because it is close to the pedestrian street, looking at the bustling crowd outside the window and the Wild Goose Pagoda not far away, it seems like I have found a quietness away from the hustle and bustle. Take the elevator from the second floor to the first floor and walk a few steps through a bamboo forest to reach the pedestrian street, where there are all kinds of shops and even an authentic Shaanxi restaurant. If you encounter any problems during your stay, you can contact the housekeeper or the front desk at any time and they will help you. Since there is no need to clean the room, mineral water will be quietly placed at the door every day. Even the waiters passing by will nod, smile or greet customers softly, making people forget the fatigue of the journey. In short, the stay experience was perfect 💯, the service throughout the whole process was not excessive, enthusiastic and thoughtful, and I will give priority to coming here next time I travel to Xi'an.

It is only 5 minutes away from the subway to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Scenic Area. It is very convenient to go anywhere. There is a fountain and Big Wild Goose Pagoda at the door. It is very convenient to walk a few steps to the Tang Dynasty City that never sleeps. If you are tired, you can come back to rest at noon and continue shopping in the afternoon. It is also very comfortable to live!

It is a five-minute walk to the Tang Dynasty City That Never Sleeps, the North Square Music Fountain and Joy City. It is a fifteen-minute walk to the Twelve Hours in Chang'an. It is also not far from the Tang Paradise. The geographical location is excellent. The housekeeper Xiao Liu is attentive and considerate. He will ask about your preferences for the daily afternoon tea and send it to the room or courtyard. When checking out, he will help send your luggage to the taxi location. Since the hotel is in the scenic area, vehicles can only be parked at the entrance of the scenic area and then walk to the hotel. If you take a taxi, you can locate it at the notary office (Yanta West Road), which is very close to the hotel.

Five-star recommendation! I came to Dayan Pagoda for May Day. The scenic area was inconvenient to access. I didn't expect the general manager of the hotel to pick me up on an electric bike and also prepared green bean soup to cool me down! The room is very beautiful, and it is very clean. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The hotel service is warm and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Xiao Du and Xiao Liu provide super good service. The experience is full. I will come again next time!
