A very unique hotel right in the heart of one of the most popular tourist attraction area in Xi’an. Some great selections of amenities, e.g., the slippers are high quality. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Since the hotel is not directly accessible by taxi, the hotel staff offered to pick us up from the closest drop off point near the Westin Hotel. The hotel is right next to 大雁塔，and we can see the pagoda from the balcony of our room, which is such a treat! The hotel is slightly away from the metro station, but we managed well as we don’t mind walking a short distance but stay away from traffic and noise. The hotel is designed with a lot of thoughtful details and the interior creates a calm atmosphere which is what we need after a busy day touring the city. The room we stayed in (water themed) might need some quick fix as the smart room function is not working, whilst the shower head is leaking badly.

This hotel is a beautiful gem tucked away on a side street but perfectly located for Xi’an sightseeing. The room and bathroom was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The low level lighting in the hotel gives a romantic feeling. The staff were friendly and accommodating although it seemed that they were not accustomed to getting many foreigners staying at the hotel. The only negative is that the hotel does not have a dining area which means that the breakfast is served in an adjoining restaurant. It is a set menu of Chinese options and although tasty the change in atmosphere and decor between the boutique design hotel and the restaurant is disappointing. Stay at the hotel and get breakfast elsewhere is my suggestion.

Loved this hotel. Excellent location and helpful staff. The only thing to be aware of is there is no driveway. You’ll need to walk 5 min to get a taxi. The best advice from someone in the reviews was to pin the Xi’an Westin hotel and take an easy 5 min walk on the paved footpath. The staff helped me with my luggage when it was heavily raining today on my way to the airport.

This hotel is located right beside the Yanta temple. It is kind of difficult to locate. Location is behind Chagee. If you are bringing huge luggae, be sure to stop at the correct drop off point. I would suggest to pick up/ drop off at Westin Xian. Its a 5m walk but the way is flat. So you can just pull you luggage. Hotel interior is design with sophisticated class. Its a stone throw away from the happening places.

I booked a three-night stay at nearly 1,500 per night for the high score of 4.7 on Ctrip, but I changed hotels after staying only one night. I can only say that the hotel treats guests as *********** and dares to charge super five-star prices regardless of their grade. There is no entrance, no lobby, and the only small passageway in and out of the hotel is full of trash cans. During dinner, the food stalls are set up at the door, and vehicles cannot reach them. You have to walk nearly 500 meters to get there after getting off the car. The room is dark, the hygiene is sloppy, and the balcony tables and chairs are covered with dust. There is no refrigerator in the room, and I was told that there is no cable when I wanted to watch TV. In short, be careful when choosing a hotel with quality requirements.

You can directly see the Big Wild Goose Pagoda from this room. Breakfast can also be delivered to the room. It is very rich and the point is that it is delicious!! Big pieces of beef and very tender. There is iced Americano every day, and it is free. It is really amazing. It would be great if all tourist places had such a good hotel.

A great accommodation experience. 1: First, I called to confirm my arrival time, informed the specific location, and arranged for someone to pick me up at the hotel. The uncles who picked me up were super kind. 2: The front desk brother and sister were super nice, warm reception. As soon as I arrived at the store on a hot day, I immediately arranged for ice-cold sour plum juice, and checked in while cooling down. Most hotels basically have no children's toiletries except for parent-child rooms. The front desk sister saw that I brought children and didn't need them. She immediately arranged them and personally helped me send my luggage to the room. 3: The accommodation environment is very quiet. If you are in a bad mood and want to be quiet, you must come and try it. 4: It is tiring to play every day, and there are free afternoon desserts and drinks. The coffee is good 👍 and you can also take it away. 5: There was a small episode. The room leaked and flowed downstairs. Because there was a need for water, a new room was immediately replaced, and a sister was arranged to help move things. There was no refrigerator in the room, so it was immediately arranged 👍. 6: When booking a room, I only checked the availability, but didn't check whether the room included breakfast. As a result, I ate free meals for 2 days. I didn't even notice it myself. The person in charge of catering found out, but didn't ask us to make up the meal fee. Instead, he reported it to the leader and waived it directly. He didn't ask us to make up the difference. Most hotels must pay for it. 7: I was supposed to check out at 12 o'clock, but when they saw that I was with my child, they delayed my check-out to 2 o'clock. However, when they knew that my flight was in the evening, they extended it for another hour so that the child could have a good rest. 8: When we left, the lady sent us off and helped us with our luggage. But when she knew that we wanted to go shopping nearby, she let us go shopping empty-handed and stored the 🧳 in the hotel. After shopping, she sent us to the pick-up location. I rarely comment on businesses. This is really the most comfortable accommodation experience. The children didn't want to leave. It's super awesome.

The hotel is located in the Tang Dynasty City That Never Sleeps scenic area. Vehicles are not allowed to enter. The staff came out warmly to greet us and help with our luggage. We walked to the hotel very quickly. The hotel has a beautiful and comfortable environment, is clean and sanitary, has good sound insulation and provides comfortable sleep. The breakfast was exquisite and delicious. The tea and drinks provided by the hotel are also very good and cheap. The service staff was very considerate and friendly.
