The room is very clean and the facilities are very new. It is very quiet at night, which is perfect for people who have trouble sleeping. It is very close to the clock tower of the subway station. The clock tower is only a ten-minute walk away. The only drawback is that there is a problem with the sewer in the shower room. The cleaners did not clean the leaking pipe. When we were taking a shower, we initially thought that the sewer was blocked. Later, we checked and found that the sewer pipe was not cleaned and it caused a problem. 酒店位置很好，距離地鐵也近，出來就有共享自行車可以騎一個!從地鐵去酒店是下坡，就騎上去都不用登兩下就滑到的感覺非常爽，旁邊隔壁樓就是個商場買東西都非常方便，負一是個大超市，樓下也是一堆餐館，吃飯超級方便，酒店服務態度超級好，我們拿了那麼多行李兩個小姐姐幫我們抬來抬去的，有問題找前台，前台都賊温柔的微笑服務熱情面對!臨走還多給了我們兩瓶水，總共在這裏住了四天，感覺賓至如歸，微笑服務很好，謝謝這個叫張江的小姐姐和前台一個實習生小姐姐，幫我們來回取包一直微笑耐心的應對，房間沒冰箱我們帶了中葯每天早晚帶我們取的挺麻煩人家的，但前台小姐姐都特別友好熱情，還微笑服務!對面還有煙酒店買了幾包外地沒有的煙給我男朋友當伴手禮送他!非常滿意的一次住宿體驗!還有酒店有個照片打卡牆拍照特別棒!還給你提供扇子道具!!

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly. There is a washer, dryer and laundry detergent available at L4 and a microwave oven at L1. Distance from metro is about 400m. Many convenience stores and restaurants surrounding. Down side are 1. room is small 2. no proper place to place luggage and no fridge in room. 3. Most of the dish served at breakfast is 'spicy'. 4. No drinking water available in the restaurant (L4), the staff will tell the guests to get it from L1!!!!! 5. Staff and guests are allowed to smoke anywhere in this hotel, maybe this is the norm here. Please note that the closest metro (大明宫西 have no lift/escalator to get down to station.

The downstairs is a bit messy, with a strong smell of fireworks, but it is convenient for eating. There is a very down-to-earth food street and a shopping mall. It is 3 minutes away from the subway entrance, which is very convenient. The taxi call in the morning was also quite fast. The breakfast is simple but nutritious. It would be nice if there was a freshly ground coffee machine🤔

The location is okay, next to the government, it's lively, the bed is comfortable, and you can park for free! While taking a shower, I found long hair in the shower! I understand this, and it may be unavoidable sometimes. The remote control ran out of power, and the TV couldn't be turned on for a long time. In the end, I got another one. There was no paper in the room. I asked the front desk, and the front desk said they only had roll paper. I gave them to them. One roll, and I have stayed in so many hotels. The location is great! - close to the muslim street with tons of great food and close to the metro station The staff was friendly and kind even she cannot speak English. (but her tried her best with the translate app!) She allowed us to check-in early.
