Holiday Inn Express Hotels in Xi'an

This hotel is in a small street less than 50metre distance between main street and the hotel. It is located between the south of bell tower and South gate of Xi'an City Wall. This make it easy for us to travel to all around Xi'an by subway, Didi, Taxi, bus. Room is clean and tidy. However, hall way is a bit dusty but after telling the front desk they clean it. Breakfast is good . Congee with Chinese condiment, fried rice, fried noodle, fried sausage, fried vegetable, Fruit, egg, Noodle bar are the composition of their offered breakfast. I have seen that they offer Roujiemou (Chinese beef sandwich) in their breakfast but I did not taste it. Free bottles of water and plum juice are available on the ground floor near front desk. At least Two usable USB-A, two USB-C plugs together with two type A and two type I of Chinese AC plug are on the wall near beds. A light switch in our room is faulty but after telling the front desk they fix it right away. All TV Channel are in Chinese language. All in all I think that this hotel is a good value hotel for a tourist.

Evan and the staffs there are very well trained in providing superb excellent services to travellers whild my stay with them. all of them know what is extra miles and willing to go beyond extra miles for travellers. Kudos to holiday inn for having excellent staff. Especially i would like to praise evan for helping me to courier my item to sg when i am having diffculties in arranging for a courier pick up in xi an. He willing to go extra miles and keep me updated also the status and trying to find other courier companies to see whether they can help me mail out the other items. -Redy

The hotel's laundry room is fully equipped and guests can wash and dry for free. The breakfast is very rich and there is free coffee to drink! It is worth mentioning that the hotel also provides free dinners, meat sandwiches, water basins, etc., and you can eat local specialties without leaving home. This is great! The service of Xiao Geng at the front desk is very good and very enthusiastic!

This was my first time in China, and i was absolutely impressed . I got a clean and tidy room, with modern design, toilet which i could normally use, hot water which was kinda like blessing. Even if it was not very long, i quite saw a lot of things. The location was also good i could just walk around and not be afraid of anything, which is very important for solo travelers, especially if they are girls. The staff was great, they are very kind, friendly and supportive. The front desk agent, Dany, was very pleasant and tried to help me even with my bad chinese. As such, i would like to tell you that it was one of the most outstanding experiences I had in china and that I will certainly return here one day. Thank you

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and found a very food service. The breakfast had a lot of varieties of food. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helping. Rooms were tidy. On the check out day we had to leave by 12pm but we were. late in meeting and came back at 7pm but hotel didn’t charged us extra fee for late checkout. I would give them 5 stars and highly recommend to enjoy your stay at reasonable price at this hotel.

The hotel is very close to the Xian station and is very clean and modern with great facilities. Breakfast is delicious and served a variety of options, including many vegetarian options as well. The staff is especially commendable, kind and helpful. Special mention for Winnie Pu who was a sweet and very efficient individual and helped with all our needs during our stay. Highly recommend!

I was assigned a high-rise with a view facing the apartment complex across the street. When I open the window, hot heat pours in. Unfortunately, there was no ventilation button in the air conditioner control box. The toothbrush is equipped with both soft and hard. There were a lot of foreigners and family tourists at the breakfast restaurant. In the lobby of the hotel, there is an espresso machine that also serves steam milk foam, so you can drink latte 24 hours a day. It is better to avoid crowded evenings in the laundry room. I think it is a very convenient location because it is right in front of the 光化门 subway station.

It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is newly opened so the environment is very good. There is a space base nearby so it is very quiet at night and I had a good rest. The room is spacious and clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The service staff are very enthusiastic and the appearance is still online. I will stay here next time. Haha

The hotel has complete facilities and a very good environment. There is a parking lot at the door, and you can park for free. The front desk Wu Yang's service is very warm and thoughtful. Check-in is very fast, and the robot delivery is very convenient! The room lady also cleaned the room very cleanly, and I felt at home.
