Holiday Inn Express Hotels in Xi'an

It has been a wonderful stay with the Hotel. For a start, we arrived late at night and the reception greeted us with pleasure and helped us to check in soonest possible. Oh yes, rest assured the staff can speak good english for the non-chinese speakers. The bed covers were all clean and all of our towels and room cleaned daily. The room comes with free daily breakfast too. Most importantly, we love that they have free laundry machines and dryers too so you can have clean clothes throughout your trip! We booked a room for 4, and there’s still enough space for us to pray too! I definitely recommend this hotel for 1st time travellers and those travelling with families too. Super comfy and convenient!

The lobby is clean and tidy, with soft and gentle lighting. The staff member Ella has a good service attitude. The breakfast on the first floor is delicious and the dishes are rich. The surrounding transportation is also very convenient. The Red Cross Hospital is opposite. The parking lot is also very convenient. Parking is free during the stay. In short, the experience is very good.

Nice hotel. Near by shopping center and restaurants. Near to Metro and easy to access to anywhere through Metro. Receptionist very nice, polite and helpful. Great delicious breakfast.

From check-in to check-out, I felt her meticulous care. The hotel is located on Tuanjie South Road, with a convenient location, convenient transportation, and many restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast has a rich variety, including roujiamo, beef basin, sauerkraut noodles and other local specialties, and the taste is also very good. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. Holiday Inn Express is almost my first choice for traveling. It has complete facilities, is clean and hygienic, and the rooms are well decorated and the bedding is comfortable. The location of Xi'an Daxing is very good, right at the Gwanghwamun subway station on Line 8, seamlessly connected. There are also many places to eat around, and a new European-style town has opened opposite where you can go shopping. I forgot to take a photo of the room, so I took a photo of the lobby.

The hotel service is very good, the facilities are new, and it is close to the Terracotta Warriors. It is recommended. It is located in the development zone, far from the city. It is best to go to the outlet mall for meals and stroll around.

This is a great hotel in most ways. It is very convenient to the Xi'an metro! The breakfast is good. The front desk service is great. The laundry machines work very well. The rooms are adequate and clean. The only downside is the lack of soundproofing. People in the hallway sound as if your door is open. People walking or moving chairs in the room above are easily heard. If you are a sound sleeper, this hotel is excellent. If not, it is good.

The hotel has complete facilities and a very good environment. There is a parking lot at the door, and you can park for free. The front desk Wu Yang's service is very warm and thoughtful. Check-in is very fast, and the robot delivery is very convenient! The room lady also cleaned the room very cleanly, and I felt at home.
