As good as always, I slept until noon and missed breakfast every time. It's right outside the Sanqiao subway station. The hotel is quiet and private. It's also very smart. The temperature is comfortable. There are smart robots delivering meals. Good value for money

This time when I checked into the hotel, there was a moment that touched me very much, and I must praise the lady at the front desk. That day, I dragged my luggage to the hotel to check in. After a lot of trouble, my mobile phone had only 1% battery left and was about to shut down, but I still had important information to check, and I was anxious. The lady at the front desk was sharp-eyed and noticed that I was staring at my phone and worried. She smiled and asked me if my phone was out of power. Without waiting for my answer, she said, ”Please wait a moment.” Then she turned and went into the inner room. After a while, she came out with a charger and said that this was what she usually used, so I took it to charge first. I quickly took the charger, and my heart warmed up all of a sudden. After charging, the phone finally recovered its ”vitality”, and I checked in smoothly. The lady's move was so thoughtful. She reached out to me when I needed help the most, which made me feel full of kindness. Such warm and thoughtful service makes people feel very comfortable. I must give a big thumbs up to the lady at the front desk, and I am also happy that the hotel has such employees. I will definitely choose this hotel when I stay here in the future!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel for three nights. The location was incredibly convenient, being just a five-minute walk to the metro station. It was also close to popular shopping areas, as well as Huimin Street and Yongningmen, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. Our booking included breakfast, which offered a diverse selection of both Chinese and Western dishes—something for everyone to enjoy. The food quality and variety were impressive. The front desk staff, particularly the ladies at the counter, were very friendly and accommodating. They even assisted us in receiving parcels, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and its excellent location and helpful service made our trip even better.

The place is a little off, and the room is exactly the same as the picture. I wanted to have a good rest. From entering the store to chat to checking in for a room upgrade, I felt good. When I got to the room, I found that I forgot to mention the children's slippers and toiletries, so I called I called the front desk, and a man answered the call and said that someone would send me there soon. After waiting for an hour, I took it as a break. Then I called again and explained the situation, saying that I was sorry and would arrange it right away. Then I saw that it was four o'clock. It’s time to get ready to go out for dinner. From the time I checked in at two o’clock until I left, nothing was delivered to me. When I was done, I went out and told the front desk that I could just leave it in the room. It was too difficult. Facilities: I came back in the evening and wanted to take a shower when I was tired. What did I do half way through the shower? There was hand sanitizer hanging inside😅. Is this a surprise? I rushed out casually and called to ask for a change of shampoo, but something even more embarrassing happened again. The brother who sold the shampoo came and got a bottle that was not shampoo. After looking at it, I sighed and went back to get it. Finally, I changed it correctly. , it’s really too difficult

Hotel location is great, breakfast good and room was nice. Do note that during our stay the air conditioning was switched off. Seems like it’s a practice during this period of the year so do take note if booking this hotel. Thankfully the weather was cool for 2 out of the 3 days we stayed there.

The hotel's location is excellent, and it's just a short walk to the Tang Dynasty City Pedestrian Street. The service is great, and we were given a free room upgrade upon check-in. The amenities are replaced every day, the front desk service is serious, and we also gave local refrigerator magnets when we checked out. The room is spacious and bright, and the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. I will definitely choose this hotel next time.

The staff are very warm and friendly, especially Xiao Wu. He not only has a very good attitude, but is also very helpful. He provided us with a lot of useful suggestions, making our stay experience more perfect. His service is really heartwarming. The breakfast is also very satisfying, with rich variety and very good taste, basically covering all kinds of Chinese and Western options. Everything is fresh and delicious, especially the roujiamo, which is especially delicious! It's perfect to start the day with a nutritious breakfast. In general, I am very satisfied with this stay. Whether it is the environment, service or catering, it is very worthwhile. I will definitely come again if I have the chance in the future. I highly recommend it to everyone!
