The hotel provided children's slippers and toiletries when we checked in with our children. The children were very happy staying here. The room has a good view and is clean without dead corners. Parents are very relieved. The bedding is very comfortable and the sound insulation is good. Welcome fruits and small gifts are prepared attentively. The details are very well done. This time I was completely attracted by Yan Zi, the front desk lady at the hotel! From the moment I entered the hotel, she greeted me with a warm and professional attitude, patiently answered all kinds of questions about room types and breakfast time, and also recommended nearby attractions worth checking in. The service was meticulous. When I checked out, I urgently needed to issue an invoice. I was worried that it would delay my trip, but I didn't expect Yan Zi to have superb business ability, skilled and quick operation. In less than 5 minutes, she issued the invoice and handed it to me, and took the initiative to remind me to check whether the invoice information was correct. During the process, she always kept a warm smile and whispered to ask if there were any other needs. This serious and responsible work attitude made people feel at ease. The whole stay experience became particularly comfortable and pleasant because of Yan Zi's service. She used practical actions to interpret the standard of high-quality service, which made me feel full of sincerity and care. I strongly recommend this hotel, and I have to call Yan Zi's efficient service!

The bedding was spotlessly white, free of any hair or stains. Pillows and duvets were fluffy and fresh, with absolutely no musty odor, clearly indicating a thorough cleaning. The bathroom was pristine: the toilet was odor-free, and I could detect a faint, reassuring scent of disinfectant – truly befitting a brand hotel. The shower tile grout showed no signs of yellowing, and the fixtures gleamed as if brand new, making it hard to believe the hotel has been open for years. Towels were neatly folded and soft. At breakfast, staff were continuously clearing food debris from the counters. Cutlery was warm to the touch from high-temperature sterilization, and glasses in the beverage area were free of fingerprints and water marks. The attention to detail was flawless. The carpets were immaculate, free of any crumbs or stains. The remote control was clean, AC vents had no dust buildup, and even the light switch panels were sparkling. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone; a high standard of cleanliness truly allows for a worry-free and comfortable stay.

This makes it incredibly easy to visit attractions like the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Grand Tang Sleepless City, as well as attending business events at the Exhibition Center. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was impressed by the staff's warmth and professionalism. The front desk staff were highly efficient, processing my check-in quickly and also thoughtfully providing detailed information about the hotel facilities and surrounding area, which made me feel incredibly welcome. The room design is stylish and modern, with a well-thought-out layout. The Hampton signature bedding deserves a special mention; it was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The workspace is equipped with an ergonomic chair, which business travelers will particularly appreciate. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a delightful mix of Chinese and Western options, including local specialties and classic Western dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors authentic and delicious! The 24-hour fitness center boasts state-of-the-art equipment, and the business center is quiet and private, perfectly catering to both fitness enthusiasts and those needing a space for business meetings. This stay truly exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xi'an. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi'an for leisure or business!

The place is a little off, and the room is exactly the same as the picture. I wanted to have a good rest. From entering the store to chat to checking in for a room upgrade, I felt good. When I got to the room, I found that I forgot to mention the children's slippers and toiletries, so I called I called the front desk, and a man answered the call and said that someone would send me there soon. After waiting for an hour, I took it as a break. Then I called again and explained the situation, saying that I was sorry and would arrange it right away. Then I saw that it was four o'clock. It’s time to get ready to go out for dinner. From the time I checked in at two o’clock until I left, nothing was delivered to me. When I was done, I went out and told the front desk that I could just leave it in the room. It was too difficult. Facilities: I came back in the evening and wanted to take a shower when I was tired. What did I do half way through the shower? There was hand sanitizer hanging inside😅. Is this a surprise? I rushed out casually and called to ask for a change of shampoo, but something even more embarrassing happened again. The brother who sold the shampoo came and got a bottle that was not shampoo. After looking at it, I sighed and went back to get it. Finally, I changed it correctly. , it’s really too difficult

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right by the Xi'an Ancient City Wall and just a few minutes' walk from the subway station. There are also several shopping malls nearby (though I didn't get a chance to explore them). The facilities are very modern and new, though the elevators were notably slow. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally warm and helpful. I initially requested an inner room for peace and quiet, but on the last night, the front desk kindly helped me switch to a room facing the Ancient City Wall. Hotel staff even assisted with moving my luggage to the new room. Breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

The hotel's location is excellent, and it's just a short walk to the Tang Dynasty City Pedestrian Street. The service is great, and we were given a free room upgrade upon check-in. The amenities are replaced every day, the front desk service is serious, and we also gave local refrigerator magnets when we checked out. The room is spacious and bright, and the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. I will definitely choose this hotel next time.
