Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Xi'an

The facilities are relatively new. The service is warm. There are free children's books on the first floor. The breakfast is rich. There are also Roujiamo. The small wonton is good. There is also free popcorn at the front desk. Hilton Garden Inn is always a good choice

The room was great, very clean, and the front desk service was excellent. The facilities are quite comprehensive, and the location is easy to find. There's a gas station not far from the entrance and charging stations right behind, which is convenient for both gas and electric cars. I'm giving it a good review; this hotel will definitely be high on my list for my next visit (Forgot to take photos, so I've 'borrowed' a few from others 😉).

The hotel's location is great, not far from the Clock Tower, about a 15-minute walk. On the first floor, the concierge helps with luggage and operates the elevator. The front desk is on the fourth floor, and the staff are incredibly warm and attentive. They upgraded our room type and even reminded us to dress warmly due to changing weather. Oh, and if it rains, no worries – the hotel provides umbrellas! Checking out and storing luggage was a breeze; the staff assisted with everything, which was incredibly thoughtful. All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay. Every hotel employee greeted guests with a proactive smile and a hello, making you feel right at home. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were high-end. The mini-bar was also well-stocked. Highly recommend!

This time I was completely attracted by Yan Zi, the front desk lady at the hotel! From the moment I entered the hotel, she greeted me with a warm and professional attitude, patiently answered all kinds of questions about room types and breakfast time, and also recommended nearby attractions worth checking in. The service was meticulous. When I checked out, I urgently needed to issue an invoice. I was worried that it would delay my trip, but I didn't expect Yan Zi to have superb business ability, skilled and quick operation. In less than 5 minutes, she issued the invoice and handed it to me, and took the initiative to remind me to check whether the invoice information was correct. During the process, she always kept a warm smile and whispered to ask if there were any other needs. This serious and responsible work attitude made people feel at ease. The whole stay experience became particularly comfortable and pleasant because of Yan Zi's service. She used practical actions to interpret the standard of high-quality service, which made me feel full of sincerity and care. I strongly recommend this hotel, and I have to call Yan Zi's efficient service!

Facilities: The room facilities are fully equipped. Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy. Environment: The hotel location is excellent, right next to Metro Line 2, making it convenient to go anywhere. Across the street is the ancient city wall, and the night view is beautiful. There are shopping malls, bars, and specialty restaurants around the hotel. Service: The staff are very friendly, warm, and attentive, and can promptly resolve any issues!

Facilities: Hampton by Hilton Xi'an Chanba is strategically located. It is quiet in the bustle, bustling when you go out, and quiet when you enter, especially if you are driving your own car from out of town and come to the hotel (the nearest distance from the Xingyuan South Toll Station to the hotel is only 4.6 kilometers) Enjoy your trip without any traffic jams! Everyone understands, friends! Hygiene: The staff are serious and responsible. After all, the hotel management level is quite high as it just opened this year. There is no need to worry about hygiene😓 Environment: The environment is good. You can take a look at the real pictures of the relevant hotels. Service: There are robots for food delivery, hotel exclusive parking spaces, conference rooms, gyms, and laundry facilities! In particular, the hotel's sound insulation effect is very good, and electric curtains are standard! I also booked the Hampton by Hilton Xi'an Chanba through (Ctrip.com). I felt it was safe, clean, hygienic, and the service was good, so I extended my stay for a few more days! Something as good as Ctrip needs to be shared! Overall, this trip was fantastic! As always, H from the hotel staff was warm and professional. The location is superb, within walking distance to the core scenic spots of Qujiang, making getting around incredibly convenient. The room was clean with no unpleasant odors, the bedding was comfortable for a good night's sleep, and breakfast was fresh and abundant. The service was attentive and genuine, not perfunctory. Excellent value for money, I've already recommended it to my friends!

The hotel is very good. It is located at the starting point of the Tang Dynasty City that never sleeps, next to the Westin Hotel. It is very cost-effective. The service attitude during the holidays is not at all slow because of the crowds. The key is that the breakfast here is different during the May Day holiday. It is worth recommending to check in.
