Echarm Hotels in Xi'an

A family of three, grandparents and grandchildren, traveled together. We originally booked a triple room with twin beds. Before we left, we were worried that the bed was too small and too crowded. After we arrived, we were upgraded to a family suite with a large bed. We stayed there for 4 days and were very satisfied. The hotel is close to the subway, and provides free midnight snacks every day. There is also a free Hanfu experience. If you have any questions during the period, they will respond at any time. There is also free laundry and drying service. After returning from Xi'an, the three of us unanimously agreed that the service was very good and asked me to give a good review. I am not a shill. For this price, you can get this service and living environment, the cost performance is very high. If you are traveling with multiple people, you can go for the family suite without a second thought.

The room is clean, the price is reasonable, the environment is beautiful and quiet, the service is particularly good, especially Ms. Xiao at the front desk, whose service concept is better than other hotels. Considering that we are two men staying, she helped us upgrade to a superior twin room for free, making us feel at home!

I booked 2 rooms, one with a queen+single and another with 2 singles for our family of 5. Love the location with the metro meters from the doorstep, close to the Bell Tower, supermarket and lots of eateries at doorstep. Love the modern room amenities too as the hotel is new. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had heaters that we could adjust to our liking in winter. Value for money. Would recommend to friends and family!

The room is small. I must pay attention to the position of the window when I stay in the next room. I didn't pay much attention to it. The window of the room I booked was facing the wall, which was not very ventilated. The first night I stayed next door, the people smoking, the sound insulation was not very good, several men next door chatted until the early morning and smoked, which made me sleep poorly all night. When the air conditioner was turned on, the whole room was full of smoke. However, the service in the store was very good, and I was immediately given a new room. I suggest that the hotel can separate the smoking area when checking in.

Even waiting became comfortable~ The room is a blessing for detail control! The sheets are soft and sunny, and there are night lights and charging cable storage boxes at the head of the bed. Even the anti-slip mat in the bathroom is ironed without wrinkles. The most surprising thing is that the snacks in the mini bar are free. It’s so happy to eat potato chips while watching TV before going to bed~ There are so many breakfast options that I can’t choose. The freshly cooked wonton soup base is so fresh that I want to pack it up! When I checked out, I also received a souvenir-a small jar of local honey with the hotel logo printed on the packaging. I was instantly touched by this kind of thoughtfulness~ I will definitely stay here next time I come here, and recommend it to all friends who need to stay in the hotel!
