Atour Hotels in Xi'an

My child and I had a fantastic experience traveling in Xi'an. We received a complimentary room upgrade and free breakfast for our child. The hotel is conveniently located, making it very easy to get to the Muslim Quarter. The washing machines and dryers in the laundry room were very new and clean, and the staff even helped dry our clothes. Our child absolutely loved the complimentary cookies from Atour Hotel. The complimentary late-night porridge was a lovely touch, making us feel right at home after busy days exploring the sights.

Transportation and location: The location is very good 👍 There is a subway station at the exit, and there is a shuttle bus to the Tang Dynasty City, which is very convenient. You must choose this hotel when traveling with children and the elderly, it is super convenient. Surrounding environment: There are restaurants downstairs, fruit shops and convenience stores opposite, and shopping malls are 5 minutes away on foot. Hotel environment: The environment is very good, the room is very clean and tidy, and the facilities and equipment are also very complete. The pillows of Atour are really good 👍 I also bought Atour pillows at home. ❤️The service of the hotel is really considerate. When the porridge arrives late at night, noodles and glutinous rice balls will be cooked. This is the only Atour I have lived in for several years. The service staff at the front desk are very good. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Xi'an. It is also very enjoyable to read a book on the first floor.

My wife and I are very glad to have chosen to stay at ATOUR Hotel Bell & Drum Tower during this visit to Xi’an. The staff 锐澳,耿介,永修,澜兮at the Reception Desk we met was cheerful, energetic and very helpful; They tended to our queries and requests for assistance promptly. They made us feel-at-home while staying at ATOUR. Also, our room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed this visit to Xi’an partly because of our wise choice to stay at ATOUR. I was very satisfied with the location of the hotel when I traveled with my baby on May Day. It was very convenient to see nearby attractions. I received a piece of fruit when I checked in, and there was also supper porridge in the evening. I usually have a light sleep, but this time the room was very quiet👍

The hotel opened in 2022 is quite new, but the hardware is average. On the day of check-in, I had to change rooms twice because of the odor and noise from the roof. The room I stayed in was relatively small, but there was no problem. I turned on the air conditioner and found that the air conditioner was very noisy. It's big, so I haven't turned on the air conditioner for so many days. The drainage in the bathroom is average, and there is no way to open both drain outlets. The most unaccustomed thing is the ”Hello Waiter” who appears every morning at 8 o'clock, accompanied by a knock on the door to clean up. The sound insulation is not very good, and people in the next room can hear it. I am woken up every day. One time, they knocked on my door. I picked up my phone and saw that it was 8:59. I was so angry. The waiters often emphasized when they would get off work for cleaning. This situation is actually really bad. This is my first time staying at Aduo. The front desk staff is very nice. 

My first experience with Atour Light Residence was quite good. Compared to other Atour hotels, the decor is more unique, with a slightly sci-fi vibe. The location is excellent, very close to the subway station, and only one subway stop from Xi'an Railway Station. There are many large shopping malls nearby, and a wide variety of restaurants. The Xi'an People's Sports Center is right behind the building, offering a full range of sports facilities. Most importantly, the laundry room has four washing machines, so there's practically no queue even during peak hours. However, the elevators are a bit odd; two of them don't display the floor number, so you don't know which one is closer to your floor. The front desk service was very friendly. However, this hotel has a major drawback: it doesn't have its own parking lot. I heard you might get a parking ticket at the entrance. (I almost got one!)

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to Yongning Gate, with Xueyuan Gate just downstairs, and also very close to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower. Plus, there are plenty of dining options right downstairs. The rooms are spacious, and the service was excellent. Our kids were extremely happy and even said they want to stay at Atour again next time! To top it off, they even gave us a thoughtful souvenir upon check-out, which was a really nice touch.

My child chose this hotel near the school for the college entrance examination. The hotel staff specially arranged a quiet room and reserved a room for early check-in. The twin room is quite large, clean and tidy, with smart control throughout the house. The hotel service staff are also very enthusiastic and the check-in experience is very good.

It was one of the best stay experience in Xi’an! Hotel is new and design is super elegant and warm feeling. Located right outside South Gate, so many shops and restaurants around. It’s so much better than Sofitel and any other hotel around the Center.🤩👍🏻 Special thanks to the front desk for the upgrade! Also thanks to the housekeeping team 未英 for all the help provide during my stay! Will be my No. 1 hotel choice in Xi’an city Centre!

The hotel is great, newly opened, and very clean. The library has a wide selection of children's books, and the breakfast was delicious. My kids enjoyed their stay. The porridge in the restaurant at night was especially delicious. Taking the kids out and about and coming back a little late was a great way to avoid ordering takeout, which was very healthy. We have trouble sleeping, and we've switched to Atour pillows at home over the past two years, so we also enjoy staying at Atour when we're away. If I had to make a point, the hotel only uses adult pillows. Since this hotel is near a scenic spot, we're sure there will be a lot of people with children. Could they please stock some children's pillows like the Atour pillows? The last picture shows the one my child uses at home; the tail design is also very cute.
