I passed by Qingju by chance and checked in. I was pleasantly surprised. As soon as I entered the door, I felt very comfortable. The decoration was very beautiful and the front desk service was very good. The room equipment and facilities were very new. The breakfast was also very good. There was also a light body water that was delicious. It was a good time. I’m very lucky on the first day of opening and can check in and recommend it to everyone.

Positives: Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff tried to help where they could, small convenience store next door. Negatives: Location a nightmare to find - even with the address written in Chinese my Didi driver took 45mins from a nearby friend's hotel to find it which included him getting out of his car twice to ask people! Please put EAST MUTOSHI into Didi or YADUO X HOTEL. Do NOT put Atour Hotel. If you can't speak Chinese you will need to use your phone translator to communicate about everything with the reception staff as NO English is spoken. There is NO western breakfast available so if you're looking for this you're out of luck. NO fridge in the room - just an empty space where one is meant to go (I'm guessing!).

Atour never disappoints - this was our first visit to Xi'an and this hotel is perfectly situated within the Old City Walls with access to the metro and within a 15-minute walk to the Muslim Quarter. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. I would highly recommend staying here or with Atour as they have a number of hotels across the city.

I have always liked Atour. This time, the three people set up a few wooden suites. The room is quite large. There are separate bathrooms, toilets, sinks and small cloakrooms. Free drinks are provided. There are many types of breakfast. The front desk service attitude is very good, I have not booked a suite before, I want to take a look in advance, add to Jin Mumu's contact information, from the room to the check-in are very patient and friendly, friends are very satisfied, thank you Mumu ～

Convenient location, clean room with helpful staff. 无名is the staff at the front desk who is always friendly attend to our questions and needs. Highly appreciated his assistance. The hotel serves many varieties of food during bfast, we enjoyed it while we are staying in. The hotel desk also has a tourist desk that organised local tour at reasonable prices. It's a pleasant experience staying here at Atour S Wu hotel. Highly recommend to friends.
