Positives: Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff tried to help where they could, small convenience store next door. Negatives: Location a nightmare to find - even with the address written in Chinese my Didi driver took 45mins from a nearby friend's hotel to find it which included him getting out of his car twice to ask people! Please put EAST MUTOSHI into Didi or YADUO X HOTEL. Do NOT put Atour Hotel. If you can't speak Chinese you will need to use your phone translator to communicate about everything with the reception staff as NO English is spoken. There is NO western breakfast available so if you're looking for this you're out of luck. NO fridge in the room - just an empty space where one is meant to go (I'm guessing!).

The front desk took the initiative to help us upgrade the room type on the night of check-in. Thank you very much~ The follow-up service was also in place. The staff greeted us as soon as they met. The room was very comfortable and the sleep quality was very high. Although there were some problems with the facilities, they were able to communicate and handle them in a timely manner, and gave our guests a small compensation, which was very thoughtful. Check-out was also a polite farewell and a small gift🎁. If nothing unexpected happens, I will return to this warm and familiar ”nest” next time I come to Xi'an🩷
