Atour Hotels in Xi'an

The room is clean and tidy, the decoration style is simple and warm, the bedding is comfortable, and I slept soundly. I particularly like the detailed design of the room. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out are very efficient. The hotel also provides free airport pick-up service, which is very worry-free. I was very satisfied with the location of the hotel when I traveled with my baby on May Day. It was very convenient to see nearby attractions. Staycation - Last Weekend of Holiday - Shopping Mall and Market, local frame shop, visiting the South Street located Western, *******, and Whiskey Lounges, Shopping Anju Alley and Walking around the Xi’an City Wall streets. Easy trek for locals and tourists. I grabbed a Tuk Tuk driver to do errands in between. Great Breakfast and Views from various locations in the hotel. Good price and late checkout. I slept well !!

Stayed for four nights in June 2024. The location is great, subway station is right across the road, it takes 40 minutes to get to the airport without any line changes, and about 40-60 minutes to get to the city center. Northern railway station is just one stop from there. The neighbourhood is quiet, tranquil and is full of small supermarkets and local restaurants. The room was clean and cosy. Everyday we got free water and tea supply, which was crucial during +35C heatwave in Xi’an. AC and other technology in the room also was working without any problems. The breakfast mostly consists of Chinese food (chaofan, dumplings, baozi, noodles etc), but there were also cereal, fried eggs and other usual western breakfast things. Everything was of great quality and taste. Free of charge small dinner buffet was a pleasant surprise for us. The staff didn’t really speak English (but they use automatic translators really well, which helped a lot). They were extremely eager to help and overall very nice. We’ve had several weird questions, but they were always there to help us. They’ve even presented us a farewell gift of snacks. We’ve used the laundry service, which was also free of charge. It is very convenient and fast. We will certainly stay here again, if we return to Xi’an.
