房間自來水污濁，房間沒配礦泉水。洗髮水，沐浴露均無，第二天發現牙膏盒裡才有一小片香皂。一次性洗臉毛巾質量極差，洗完臉毛巾絨毛脱落全粘臉上，一次性浴巾也是這樣。吃飯價格也不便宜，但是村裡有沒有其他吃飯的地方，獨家經營。這裏就是坑，都是為了賣茶葉，自然景觀一般，人文景觀也一般，不值得久留。浴室地下排水不暢，沖涼的水流到衞生間地面到處是，浴室門關不緊，地下檻太低。總之，體驗感極差。

離武夷山機場很近，打車十來分鐘，就在下梅檢票口對面！房間乾淨整潔，推開落地門就是崇陽溪，對面是連綿的茶山！老闆炒的一手好菜，天氣熱懶得動的話，可以送到房間！

房間衞生乾淨，依溪而居，眺窗遠望茶山風光如畫，屋內設施齊全，老闆人很好，他家的飯菜味道超級好，全是全天然無公害的食材，下次來這裏住幾天。

這家店吃的還不錯，但論住的體驗，尤其是冬天，強烈不推薦。晚上很冷，空調不制暖，衞生很是一般般，外面靠溪水晚上噪音很大。還是推薦去景區住，其實價格差不多。

店家特別好，做的飯也特別好吃，本來住一天就走，結果住了好幾天，就在下梅古村景區口。打車到下梅村就看到，非常好找。店家很熱心，房間很温馨。房間和圖片一樣
