The hotel itself was beautiful and relaxing. But something to keep in mind as a foreign (not Chinese), it will be difficult to communicate with the staff. No one can speak English (not even a little bit) It made it difficult to order food and get around. Everything is on Chinese. The food is very "Chinese" So sometimes it was difficult to find something we wanted to eat. The staff were kind and happy, but even with a translation app, you could not communicate with them. We visited other places in China, and we could communicate with the app, just fine with them. we will not stay here again, because of the difficulties about the language barrier. We found the the hot spring on our last day, because nobody would show us where, or help us book a ticket for it. This tour was a mix of business and family time, it was difficult to find sightseeing compared to other cities. Choose another place, if it is possible.

Don’t stay here!
The hotel is very old, everywhere it smelled like cigarettes and the room smelled like stinky feet.
The shuttle to the hot spring only comes once every hour and the road to walk there is very unpleasant.
The hotel restaurant is very dirty and the food bad quality.

I arrived at the hotel at around 1pm, and they gave me a room that was not cleaned properly. After negotiation, all the linens in the room were replaced. This was the first time I encountered this situation when booking a hotel on Ctrip, and I definitely gave it a bad review!

The housekeeper was very considerate. He called us in advance to confirm our check-in, turned on the air conditioner for us in advance, and plugged in the electric mosquito coils.
