Pullman Wuxi New Lake Reviews

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with great amenities. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the relaxing pool area. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant getaway!

The location is a bit away from the town. A 10 minutes walking distance to the Wanda shopping mall.

Basically every thing was good except for sudden black out.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to the Wuxi Xin Qu (Wuxi New Area) train station. The room was clean and comfortable. Considering how warm Wuxi can get in summer, I would have appreciated a few more bottles of the complimentary drinkable water (only 2 small bottles were made available in a double bed room). Apart from this, everything was OK - in line with the Pullman/Accor Hotels standards.

Mike at the front desk is so nice and he upgraded my room and prepared the receipt for me when I check out. Thanks Mike!

This weekend we've stayed in Wuxi one day. I'd checked lots of hotels, and we selected Pullman hotel at this time. The choice was correct, service was very good. All of employee were very kind. Inside of room also very clean. Breakfast was very delicious, my son also liked to eat food. If I go to Wuxi next time, I will choose Pullman hotel again.

I heard from Nicole at the front desk that the flowers in the hotel are changed regularly, and the flowers around the hotel are also changed regularly. Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities, including a swimming pool, a gym, western and Chinese food, a spa, a chess and card room, a children's playground, and a small video game city. Children will definitely like it. Hygiene: The room hygiene is also good, every corner is very clean, and it is quite safe to live in. Service: It is worth mentioning that the service of Pullman Wuxi is really good. Nicole, who checked in, is really enthusiastic and considerate. She gave me a bath bag and bath salts when I mentioned that I was tired from taking a car. I felt very comfortable after taking a bath. She also told us that takeout can be delivered by robot. The breakfast is also very good, and they are all very considerate. The location of the hotel is also very good, not far from the attractions. I had a lot of fun. I will choose to stay here next time I bring my family to Wuxi!
