Shinjuku Washington Hotel Reviews

We took the Airport Limousine directly to the hotel, which was a really nice perk to start our first visit to Tokyo. The staff were friendly and helpful at check-in, and the self checkout was very convenient. We were there to celebrate our 44th anniversary, so we were given a room with a view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. The daily towel changes and complimentary bottled water were a nice treat. We didn't eat at the hotel, so I can not comment on the food. The location is ideal, especially when we checked out and had to get to Shinjuku Station to take a train to Yokohama. We took one day street which was great with luggage in tow. We didn't have to drag our luggage through the crowds and uneven sidewalks. The self-serve amenities are very convenient, and we love the sponge. Thank you for a wonderful first-time experience.

Super good location， TOEI SHINJUKU LINE (S 01) nearest to the hotel from the underpass , walk further down to JR line. Hotel is one of the pick up / drop off for Airport LIMOUSINE bus . Allow luggage storage but self service. Take sometimes for luggage storage instruction and most fully occupied. Room is clear and small per Japanese standard size, manage open 24 inch size luggage on the floor.

Walk around 10 mins to Shinjuku Station, easy to get food and convenience stores in building. Only set back is the room is ^very^ small

Hotel lobby is better than room . Front desk professional but not have the famous Japanese style hospitality smile on the face .Rooms are small . 10-15 minutes walk to Shinjuku train station .

We have change from Renewal Twin to Standard Twin, The Standard Twin hardly have space to walk !! One thing I like is their service to provide umbrella In raining days

I travelled with my Son for the first time to Tokyo and had an amazing time at the hotel, it had all the amenities needed and locations is perfect. The rooms are small but it is common in Tokyo, highly recommended. The hotel is next to the government building 5 mins walk.

The room is extremely small , we don’t even have space to open up our suitcases. The location is quite far from the centre of shinjuku. It takes about 15min to walk to the centre. There are shops and restaurants in the hotel building which you don’t have u worry about food. 

A major hotel, located near Shinjuku station. Business like. With smooth check in and check out service. Amazing baggage lockers. No pool. Didn't use gym. Very small rooms. Good view on the high floors. Slight smell in washrooms from toilets. Limousine bus comes to this hotel. Can walk underground between Shinjuku station until 11pm.

I stayed at Minatomirai Washington Hotel several times before and always rely on their location choice and faclities. So this time we decided to stay at Shinjuku with my daughter. so i wasnt surprised: great location, fast check-in, cosy rooms with all needed amenities including charging cables and super-fast kettles. great shower qnd very funny locat robot which travelled with us on evelator several time. he(she) was very polite. Lawson, Family Marts, lots of bars and cafes and super fast smooth check-out. Thank you very much Washington Hotel. see you again soon

Nice services easy to check in. The room will be cleaned everyday.

Room is quite dusty. Located from train station quite far about 10-15mins walk. Hotel staff not really friendly. The only good thing is there’s direct Dropoff and pick up of limousine bus transfer.

Well located with all amenities nearby. Easy and simple check in.
