LiJiang Shiningland Resort Hotel（Lijiang Old Town） Reviews

The hotel boss and receptionist is friendly. They helped to arrange free transport from Lijiang airport to the hotel (I contacted them via wechat). The hotel is in the ancient city itself. You have to walk less than 100 meters to the main road, so it was very easy for us to take Didi + going to the Lijiang ancient city. The location, the aesthetic of the hotel for the price is worth it. You are also free to use the washing machine in the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay. I would recommend my friend to stay there. The accomodation is the best in Lijiang

Well what can i say!!! Excellent!! The lady at the front desk was very helpful, out of her way to help with our luggage, washer machine and dryer available, don’t get me start about the perfect location, its located at the The Ancient Town of Lijiang Northeast Gate( this is the didi pint point, thank me later) ..and also,free pick up from lijiang railway station!!! She also gave us souvenir before checking out!!!

The property is very good and fancy! We got a 2-bedroom room with working mattress heater, hot shower and other things good for the cold weather in the area. The location is good, not far from the train station, just inside the old town and near the old town square. The hotel is less than a minute walk from the main road, so there is no need to worry about carrying your heavy luggages from the road to the hotel. The owner also called us beforehand to offer a pick up from the train station to the hotel for a cheap price. We also asked her to arrange a car from the hotel to the train station.

The facilities are very complete, the owner is very enthusiastic and provides a lot of help, the house structure is very comfortable, the lobby of the inn is equipped with tea sets, and the tea room has a very good view of the ancient city of Lijiang on the balcony Attached is the scenery of the ancient city

There are pharmacies, restaurants, and convenience stores outside the gate of the ancient city. The nearest delicious food in the ancient city is Xiangran Rice Noodles, which is also half a minute's walk away, and then there is the commercial street, where you can eat and drink and various small shops along the way, which is very convenient. Hygiene: The quilt, bathtub, and the environment in the house are very clean, and we live very comfortably with our children. Facilities: The air conditioner is Xiaomi. Because Lijiang is relatively cold, we have a bed without an electric blanket. The boss also went out to buy one and put it on. It is not cold at all and very comfortable. Service: The boss is responsive. There are all kinds of food in the hall, and it feels like returning home. The boss likes to sleep in. We went out to eat at 7 o'clock in the morning on the day we left. I forgot to bring the room card. I called the boss to open the door, and she was not impatient. I also want to apologize to the boss here. I am really sorry. It is our negligence. I really feel guilty for bothering you so early. This hotel is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ in terms of location, facilities and services. We had a great time and rested well during our two-day stay in Lijiang. If we have the opportunity to go to Lijiang again in the future, we will choose here again. The lady boss is warm and considerate. She responded promptly and in detail to any needs. She also gave good suggestions for dining in the ancient city and visiting the snow-capped mountains. The location of the B&B is convenient, in the ancient city and convenient for travel. The room is clean, the bed is big, and the environment is good.
