Very very good service Free transport to rusutsu area But need to walk 10mins to main resort area

The service was top ! We are extremely satisfied with the Vale this hotel. The room was spacious and had a pleasant surprise with its large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a wide and high view that allowed us to enjoy a snowscape. The facilities in the room are also very comprehensive, including a kitchen, a washer, and a dryer, which we are very satisfied with. Patricia (sweet smiling lady) knew that there were three of us and prepared an extra third chair so that we could all sit together to eat.  Melanie and Liam provided impeccable service. Despite the booking only two nights at The Vale, and we needed to move to Rusutsu resort ( no available in the Vale for the rest of our holiday) they assisted us to deliver our 7 luggage’s to Rusutsu resort(that hotel service is very so so) This led us to The Rusutsu Resort hotel where our luggage was handled very well. Despite the extremely cold , Melanie and Liam were there to help us load our luggage onto the car, and Liam ensured that our belongings were safely delivered to the other Resort.  Honestly , the price in the Vale is value for money for this truly wonderful experience. Rusutsu Resort hotel is overpriced with the such quality service . Thank you again Patricia, Melanie and Liam

The hotel is very very spacious and clean. Onsen is great and the view is stunning too. Its quite near to the park and we can walk thro buildings. Can't wait again to visit in winter time!! Highly recommend!!

Please be reminded that the hotel check in has to be done before 18:00, after this time there will be no one at the reception and there is no option for distance online check in. Also hotline won't work after 6pm, so if your flight is delayed and you cannot contact the hotel before 18:00, you cannot check in and need to find alternative stay urgently. We managed to find another hotel near Chitose and they put an ipad at the reception for distance check in, we cannot help wondering why the same couldn't be done here, please at least make your hotline available before midnight. other than that, the hotel is clean, good condition and has a luxury feel.

Comfy and great location for Ski trip in Rusutsu Ski area. However, they don't provide room service and the dining option is lacked

Nice stylish condo-styled hotel with full in room facilities (cooking, washing machines, dryer etc) which is really gd for long stay. Suites are big & spacious, awesomely clean & superd decor. Onsen is decent & gd for a quick dip but a little small if compared to noborebetsu ones. Ski area is outstanding with ample storage for ski gear. Truly ski in/ski out resort if u can ski wel as you can hit the slopes once you're all geared up. For beginner, u hv to carry your ski gear & walk down the slopes or walk indoor cutting thru the connected walkway to the main rusutsu hotel. Conclusion, will love to stay here again & for longer duration...😀

The room is great, the home decoration is very new, the location is very good, Ski in Ski out, the room is very spacious, the service is also very good, there are many choices for dining and shopping, I will choose here next time.

The room is very new and very good, with a living room and a washing machine, suitable for family trips, and the view outside the window is also very good! Breakfast is a bit far from Rusutsu Resort, and it is not very delicious. The cafe downstairs in the hotel has few varieties, sandwiches, cookies, and coffee. The 7-11 convenience store is a bit far away from the resort across the road. It is quite convenient for us to have a car, but it is not so convenient if we go too late. There is nothing around, so we can only play in the resort. There is nothing delicious. We drove to Niseko for dinner, which takes about 50 minutes. If you have a car, you can also go to the big supermarket in Kutchan Prefecture, which takes more than 10 minutes to drive from Niseko. Eating is much cheaper. But this hotel is worth coming. You can sit in the living room and enjoy the snow scenery for a whole day.

The hotel staff are really enthusiastic and considerate of the needs of the guests. They are 12 points enthusiastic to help you. The front desk is not empty after 7 o'clock as stated on the Internet. There is always someone on duty. The room is large and new. The staff of all nationalities are very sincere and very good.

The hotel has free parking, which is very convenient for friends traveling by car. Basically the hotel already includes breakfast and has 4 buffet breakfast options. There are many styles and they are all very delicious. Unfortunately, there are no options around the hotel, so you basically need to spend money at the hotel. So it is recommended to go to the supermarket to do some shopping before heading to the hotel. There are basically no facilities inside The Vale, only onsen. For food and entertainment, you have to walk 5 to 7 minutes to the nearby resort. Ski in ski out is ok. Buried locker. But renting gear is very average. Expensive and wasteful.
