Family-friendly Hotels in Wuxi

We received a complimentary upgrade, as we had not yet received our purchased tickets to Nianhua Wan due to not having the China identity (as informed by trip agent & hotel). The breakfast provided was satisfying, offering a good start to our day. Despite the hotel's older appearance, it is well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate us.

Roucase Boutique hotel offers a great value for money! You get a 5-star environment, amazing swimming pool, caring and hospitable staff and a spacious comfortable room for the price that is twice lower than other 5-star hotel options in China. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for two days. Very good coffee and fresh juices at breakfast were a great plus! We were very grateful to the hotel staff for helping us with all our requests and will be happy to come again!

I expect a bit more from hotel Nikko. I have stayed in different Nikko hotels pre-covid but the experience this time is disapponting. .I stayed in a number of hotel for my3-week HSR touring, ranging from the top end (shangri la) to small local hotel. I ranked Nikko at the bottom. Well the small local hotels improved a lot but Nikko sliding back.

I had the studio apartment comes with washer and cooking stuff. Pretty big room and comfortable bed. The environment is quiet as it was located inside of the square. Less than 5 minutes walking distance to metro. It was 3 stops away to Sanyang square, busy shopping areas. About 15 to 20 minutes taxi to Huishan ancients town and nanchang Street. There is a family mart near to the hotel. Nothing fancy of the breakfast.

Relaxing one night stay with a friend, RSun was a perfect place to chill. Thanks to the wonderful service from Turbo, smooth check in and room upgraded to a suite. His spoken English was good and he was very helpful during our stay. The suite was huge, beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. We made use of the hot springs and enjoyed our time there. We visited in February so the hotel and springs were not busy. Food in the restaurant was delicious local cuisine. We received special dish as it was the last day of the ***** new year holiday. We communicated using a translator app. I would have liked the downstairs bar to be open. There was a good breakfast selection which was refilled. I would choose to stay here again.

We have stayed before in other Intercontinental in China but the one in Wuxi was amazing I travel for business in China and staying at a good hotel is important to have a good rest after a hard working day. Our house keeper Alli Dai.did and awsome job and made pur days pleasant.

This grand hotel is set in an idyllic setting. We loved the environment and enjoyed walking on its grounds. The buffet breakfast has a great variety of food and it's fresh and delicious. This is a hotel to relax in, ideal for a real getaway.

I had a great stay here. Excellent bed, bath tub, swimming pool etc. The hotel is a little old and is tough to spot at first but I loved it here. It was nice and quiet, easy check in etc. Tons of things around, I recommend the ”#65 coffee shop” up the street. The pool was good. The changing room in the pool was a bit old but it didn't affect me. Nice gym. Staff were all very pleasant, easy to get deliveries etc. Would definitely stay again. Excellent for the price especially.

This Wanda Yihua Hotel is in a great location, right in the city center, and the price/performance ratio is too high! It is very convenient to take a taxi. There are many business districts opposite the hotel, and you can shop and eat. The room is very clean, the sound insulation is also very good, the area is large, there is a smart toilet and floor-to-ceiling windows, the view is very wide, and the hygiene is also very good. The front desk service attitude is superb, especially the service manager Nana, who will answer any questions patiently, and will recommend surrounding food and travel routes when checking in, and will take the initiative to send mineral water and souvenirs. Very considerate service, very pleasant surprise! The hotel is also close to the high-speed rail station, which is a very good experience. The room price is affordable and includes breakfast. There are many types of breakfast and the taste is good. Eating breakfast in the revolving restaurant on the 28th floor, you can see half of Wuxi's scenery, which is really great! ! There are also smart robots delivering things. There is a gym and laundry room on the 7th floor. Don't be too friendly to people traveling on business. The Internet celebrity check-in points Nanchang Street and Nanchan Temple are also very close to the hotel. The surrounding environment is also very good. It is highly recommended to stay! ! !
