"整體還是比較滿意舒適的，特別是對於旅遊景區還臨近五一假期，衞生和配套，特別是服務還是滿意的。先説優點：地理位置優越，店家服務很好，基本上都可以接送旅客，特別是從五爺廟回去，如果酒店車不來接基本上是沒有出租車可以載客的。贈送的手鍊也很好，服務很貼心，聽我們説有些冷，提前還給配了電暖器，長者小孩還是很受用，也給加了被子，有求必應。服務很和氣，餐廳味道也很可口。至少不用吃路邊攤，同樣貴起碼乾淨便捷，早餐也不錯。應該還有免費茶室，沒時間體驗，整體環境還比較古色古香，圖片真實。 説説建議吧：這個免費導遊是本次行程最大敗筆，自己查查規則就好，這種濃郁的商業安排，去指定人和地點去請香，貴的都可以明搶了。整體都挺彆扭，因為這個對酒店的好印象都大打折扣。如果車預約進不來，其實住宿地點的優勢就不太明顯了，而且假期人多的話基本上很難安排接回來，因為堵車嚴峻。房間還是有點潮氣味道，回來中午本想休息會兒再下山，因為可以享受延遲退房服務，結果中間被阿姨敲了三次門，應該是着急打掃衞生，其實都能理解，也就知趣的早點離店，但是這種所謂攜程的增值服務就是雞肋了。 這家民宿在濃郁的五台山氛圍下已經算不錯了，五台山的體驗感整體沒有預期的那麼好，權當為內需做貢獻吧，也算佛廟功德一件。"
