"The staff were very friendly and helpful from the start. The rooms were very clean and the location was very convenient. We enjoy exploring by walking and the location made that easy. We were there during the yearly Wusu beer festival and the hotel was less than 5 mins walk to where the festivities were happening. It was exciting hearing all the enjoyment people were having into the early morning. The hotel staff were very helpful in helping organise a local driver for day trips and checked on our whereabouts towards the end of the day to ensure we were ok. They were also very accommodating in storing our luggage after checkout before our departure. All in all, we had a very goid experience and would recommend Ruicheng Hotel 🙂"
