一如既往的風格與環境，全季的硬件設施條件很穩定，但這次要吐槽的是餐廳服務人員的服務意識，更確切地説，是這位服務員個人素養與全季應有的品質太不匹配了。早上9點去餐廳用餐，剛好看見一個小圓桌是空着的，想着一家人圍坐一起邊吃邊聊不會打擾周圍用餐客人，就對正在旁邊收拾長條餐桌的一位男性服務員説：“您好，可以幫我們把這個小圓桌收拾一下嗎？”沒想到這位大概50歲左右上下的大叔服務員聲音很大，用很沖的語氣頭也不回地喊道：“這裏不是有位子嗎？非要坐那兒？”我完全愣住了，還是温和地再次又説了一句：“我們想坐在小圓桌這裏，麻煩收拾下”，沒想到他繼續怒氣沖沖地説：“馬上來，沒看到我在收拾桌子啊？”一早輕鬆愉快的心情沒想到早餐時分就遇到戾氣如此之重的服務員，端着盤子站在旁邊的我強忍怒氣，説道：“大過年的講話這麼刺耳幹嘛呢？”沒想到聽我説這句話以後，這位服務員竟然嘴裏開始罵罵咧咧了，等他到後廚時繼續跟其他服務員用很大的嗓門並且用非常難聽的字眼謾罵，聲音大到我坐在餐廳用餐都能聽見的程度。為了不影響家人過年的心情，之後我一直保持沉默，但沉默不是沒有原則，沉默不代表對酒店的品質沒有要求。能理解春節加班服務員的辛苦與不易，但至始至終我都温和有禮，沒有任何的不尊重與冒犯，但是今天早上在全季的遭遇確實讓我在用餐期間產生了不適。希望我用心的真實敍述與反饋能幫助酒店改進後期的服務質量與服務理念。最後，向春節假期工作在一線的服務人員的道一聲：“您辛苦了”。

酒店管理和服務非常到位。進門前台接待熱情，耐心傾聽我們的要求，安排非常安靜的房間，十分貼心的照顧我們年齡大的客人，還贈送新鮮水果，早餐很豐富，停車場在負二層，車位充足，周邊環境好。下次還會選擇全季酒店（松鼠小鎮店）。

全季的房間從不讓人失望！乾淨整潔，睡的很安心，隔音效果也不錯，鄰馬路但不吵鬧，還有絕佳江景view！早飯非常豐盛，西餐中餐胃都能滿足，餛飩很好吃😋酒店服務也很好，退房的時候送了伴手禮（梳子+鳳梨酥），下次去蕪湖也會住全季

真的是超預期的酒店噢！
進房間的那一刻就被美麗的江景吸引，孤帆遠影碧空盡，惟見長江天際流，浩瀚的江面在晴朗的天氣映襯下，更增添魅力。我想旅行的意義不一定非要去打卡哪些景點，單躺在酒店的床上，拉開窗簾就能欣賞江景，更何嘗不是一種樂趣呢？
當然，美麗的江城不僅體現在住宿，還有酒店周邊的一些景點，如松鼠小鎮（帶孩子玩性價比超高）；傍晚的濱江公園，與愛人放飛載有期冀的孔明燈；早上去赭山公園悠閑散步，感受公園的20分鐘效應；晚上再去感受一下步行街的繁華與喧鬧……
總之，蕪湖是個很值得一來的城市，而這個酒店更值得入住啦！
