In the heart of the historical city center, beautiful hotel, really clean, new, the laundry room is so useful…we even got upgraded, thank you!

Location is good . Easy access to major attractions . Staffs are friendly and really helpful. Being upgraded to YiHua room, nice and spacious room. Overall a good stay.

The front desk service was unfriendly, gave the old woman like me unclear directions to take the subway and taxi the day I checked in. Second, I had to be called twice to change the TV remote. I stayed at the same chain hotel in other areas this one front desk needs a good reeducate training!! Washing room iron not working well Too few machines....

Second stay here and it's just as comfortable, laundry service onsite - travelling with kids hence it's very handy to have. Food and shops across the road , all the staff is very helpful and when I asked for a late checkout at 2pm doe to a night flight they were very accommodating. Would stay here again when I visit Wuhan next year .

Location: About 10min walk from the main jianghan pedestrian street. Very close to to top class spa if need massage after a long tiring day Facilities: As newly opened, facilities are new. Surprisingly, it comes with free washing machine and dryer at #5. Food: Couple of local food options around the hotel for quick bites. If walk for 5min, there is a food street and "Da Pai Dang" behind the hotel Service: The lady reception manager with black suit is very customer centric, always providing patience and advisory from questions asked. She There is a customer service manager (grey suit) whom pro-actively asked for feedback and improvement. She also offered free coffee to us after understanding some positive feedback on facility improvement. Overall: Very satisfied with the consistent service and professionalism by Wanda

The hotel is elegantly decorated, the facilities in the room are smart, the bedding is soft and comfortable to sleep in. The hotel is conveniently located for travel and can be reached on foot. I would like to give special praise to the front desk barista Ethan, who is like a living map, introducing many fun and delicious online celebrity check-in spots around the hotel. The coffee he makes is also very fragrant and delicious! I will come back to stay next time😊
