Old Town Haston

We stayed for 4 nights in this hotel recently in a standard room. Communication with the hotel was very good each time we made any enquiry. We had difficulty booking the hotel online so they said we could just pay when we arrived. The hotel is in a great location, about 5 minutes walk from the main square. We were able to get the bus 106 from the airport to the Renoma stop, then hop on a tram number 6 or 7 (about 5 stops) to just outside our hotel. Our room was on the first floor. Bright and airy with high ceiling and high windows. Lovely view of old church and greenery. Large room and very large bathroom. It had air conditioning that we did not need to use. We had asked for single beds. A few negatives. The wardrobe is ridiculous. Tiny. About 12" wide. Not enough room to hang your clothes. The walk-in shower could be designed better. No matter how hard you try, water gets splashed all over the bathroom floor because there are no barriers to prevent it. You then end up using perfectly good towels to dry it. The design of the bed's headboard had a curve to it. This meant that each time you needed to switch on or off the lights you had to get out of bed to do so. We were given one toilet roll between two people. This was not replaced until day 3. The hotel is spotless. Constantly being cleaned by a dedicated team. Good quality towels and linen. Two small bottles of water replenished every day. Tea and coffee provided in the room. Room safe. We did not choose to have breakfast. This cost 79 Zloty per person per day. Much too expensive for Poland prices. We ate breakfast just around the corner for one third the price. When checking-in the young lady could have been more helpful. We were just asked for ID. We were not given any information about breakfast or that there was a small bar area with complimentary snacks and water available to us throughout the day. We completely missed this service. Maybe it was a language barrier but I am sure that this could have been communicated to us in some way. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.

This hotel is just great: location is good, rooms are spacious, very clean and everything works. We really find it super. What brings it from good to excellent are the little extras such as a small lobby bar with coffee, small cakes, sweets and fruit available 24/7. Just what we needed after long day. People always make the difference; the staff here is very service minded. Recommended.

Good location, spacious, good breakfast I booked this hotel for family based on the previous reviews and photographs. Hotel has a 4.8 rating. How can I go wrong!? Well, they do have an amazing photographer and photos are slightly deceiving. If you are looking for luxury, this hotel is not for you. As we have learned, this is a conference hotel. All accommodations are very basic. If you are from the states, think Hampton or Ramada inn. Basic store bought furniture, basic hotel carpeting. Porcelain tile that is made to look like marble. Clean, yes! Good value, perhaps. However those looking for something posh, look elsewhere. Also, the tiles in the shower are very slippery, so be careful.

Excellent This hotel is great; large rooms and bath, very clean, good location and super service.

Hotel was very clean and rooms were really spacious. Breakfast (pay extra) was exceptional with a great choice of food.

Great Hotel! Best breakfast we had over our whole poland vacation. Nothing bad to say, the ratings are just true.
