This hotel is a hidden gem! The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The staff especially the lovely lady in reception are friendly, kind and helpful. We stayed for a few days as a celebration for my son’s birthday. I mentioned this in passing to the staff and they immediately upgraded our room and left some small gifts in the room. They also gave us a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was excellent. You can hear the low grumble of the trams but this is everywhere in Wroclaw and didn’t affect our trip! Absolutely wonderful place.

Really very bad experience in cooperation and flexibility of the owner or manager, small parking, lack of elevator, everage hotel NEXT to the very busy and noisy street with trams, impossible to leave the parking withouth support and Help of somebody - to dangerous because of traffic on the street

It’s a nice old building that has been refurbished to a very good standard. While on the main road, our room was quiet and overlooked the school behind. We had a large room, which was well furnished. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Staff were very courteous and helpful. As for location, it was easy to walk anywhere in the centre. Also, the trams stopped just outside so you could get anywhere very easily. They have limited parking - only for around five cars - and you have to pay for it, unfortunately. Overall, we were pleased with our choice of hotel.

Очень чисто, комфортно. Разнообразные, свежие, очень вкусные завтраки. Классный работающий персонал. Готовый помочь и подсказать. Хотели остаться ещё на сутки,но не было мест. Обратились за помощью в стирке. Любезно оказали услугу.

Eine top-renovierte Stadtvilla mit sehr guter Führung, sehr sauber und stilvoll alles eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, Parkplatz und zu Fuẞ 5 min zum Zentrum. Das Frühstück war sensationell: reichhaltiges und gesundes Buffet mit immer selbstgemachte, frische Speisen wie gefüllte Kartoffeln, Gemüsetarte, verschiene rafinierte Salate, Wraps, Chiapudding, Kuchen. Auch vegan.

Die Unterkunft liegt recht zentral und man ist nach ein paar Minuten im wirklich grandiosen Stadtkern von Breslau. Der Check-In war super freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und wir konnten gut schlafen. Das Frühstück wurde in Buffetform gereicht und war gut. Breslau ist einfach eine Reise wert. Richtig toll. Die Villa Art Novis ist eine gute Möglichkeit zentral zu übernachten.
