Completely overcrowded, queuing for hours at the reception, rooms only available in the evening, no parking spaces in the multi-storey car park for guests (used as a public multi-storey car park).
So if you want to stay here at Christmas time, you should look for a quieter hotel. €30 more is definitely worth it. Unfortunately mass processing. The rooms are clean and tidy and the staff definitely tries their best.
Ps. If you book on Trip.com, you should make sure that the booking settings do not change during the booking process. The price changes and you are left without breakfast. After trying twice, we decided to book breakfast on site, the price was still acceptable.
