A bit dated. Very good location. Central but quiet area. However, the room walls are a bit thin, so you can hear a lot of what's going on in the next room or in the hallway.
Breakfast is okay. Quiet courtyard.

We stayed for three nights on the sixth floor of the hotel, and it was very quiet and peaceful. The street near the hotel is not too crowded, which adds to the calming atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently located close to the river and many restaurants. Parking is spacious and comfortable, costing around 100 zloty per day. the room was large; however, the shower was less than ideal, as it consists of a narrow bathtub that isn't very safe for entering and exiting. The staff in the dining room could be more helpful when it comes to refilling missing dishes or drinks, but overall, breakfast was good, and we had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel during last 10 years dozens, maybe hundreds of times, and have never been disappointed. Excellent location, convenient underground parking, extremely friendly and helpful staff ready to fulfill any request. I especially recommend the bath salts and the spacious corner rooms of 90 m2 (no. 523 and 623).
