The hotel is in an excellent area for xmas markets. Room as website - really big. Shower lovely.. However as others stated, noisy from people in street but this doesn't bother me

We were in Wroclaw for a football match. The hotel is situated in the perfect place - right in centre and handy for everything. Bats and restaurants in abundance.
Check-in was very efficient and with a welcoming smile. Very friendly staff.
The room was recently refurbished, at a guess, and bed very comfy. Bottled water and coffee supplied.
Breakfast was ok. Buffet style, in lobby bar. It was fine.
Check out was just as efficient.

We stayed in the Queen room. It was a great size, with a comfortable bed and we appreciated the blackout curtains. The room did what we wanted it to (a place to sleep). The TV didn’t support English subtitles which wasn’t a big issue but was surprised. We also called down for an iron to be brought to our room - to find we had to walk down the corridor to iron in another room. Again, not an issue but would have preferred an iron in our room. The bar could have been more accommodating for drinks, we came back to the hotel for drinks but felt like more of a restaurant vibe, so we took the drinks back up to our room. - Not so much of an issue because the hotel is very near to the main square.
