We booked 2 nights at The Shrubbery Guest House. The accommodation was lovely, clean and homely. Lesley kept in contact as our arrival time was delayed. It was a lovely welcome and she let us know all the places we could eat. There are a few things that Lesley had spot on that made it clear she thinks about her guests. The pillows were nice and supportive and we got 2 each, whilst this may not be on everyone’s tick list it was like mine at home. There was plenty of tea,coffee & sugar in the room so no need to decide if you should save them for the morning. It was lovely and warm on arrival and when you got up in the morning, heated towel rails so nice warm towels after your shower. Breakfast choice was really good, the full English was lovely and Lesley always offered more coffee and toast which was lovely. All in all a lovely couple of days with a welcoming friendly host, would really recommend a stay here.

A great weekend stay.
This was a weekend stay to facilitate attendance at an event and to visit friends.
The room was clean and spacious enough for our stay. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate makings were in the room along with biscuits. The landlady was friendly and acommadating. Parking was nearby in a street, the permit for which was provided by the landlady. The breakfasts were brilliant with a great selection on offer and quality food provided, cooked to perfection.

Good value. Great hostess.
Lesley the hostess was very friendly and helpful. The room was newly renovated, spacious and modern. Breakfast was excellent. The guest house is in the process of being renovated so some of the common areas are a bit tired. But a very comfortable and good stay. An easy 20 min walk to the heart of Worcester.
