I encountered several issues during my stay at this hotel, and I hope the hotel can make improvements:
1. The showerhead in the bathroom is fixed on the ceiling and cannot be detached, which is very inconvenient, especially for cleaning specific areas.
2. The bathroom mirror is too small and positioned too far away, making it difficult to use.
3. The hairdryer is not located in the room but in the living area, which is carpeted. Using the hairdryer in this setup easily makes the carpet wet, which is poorly designed.
4. The hairdryer’s temperature is not hot enough to effectively dry hair, making it very inconvenient for guests who need to get ready quickly.
5. The water quality in the hotel is problematic. The water appears white, making me worry about whether it is suitable for use.
6. There is no refrigerator in the room, which causes inconvenience for guests who need to store items that require cooling.
7. The lighting in the elevator is extremely dim, making it feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

The Hotel was ideally located to Rail Station, Shops & places of interest. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was brilliant. Plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Hotel had Gym facilities, although I did not use them they were there. And most important it had Car Parking which is quite rare. Would certainly stay there again and recommend to others.

Amazing location, friendly staff. The vibe and decor of the hotel was quite dated to be honest (felt a bit like The Shining) but as I was just there on an overnight stay it wasn't too much of an issue. The bed was very comfortable and the water was hot so I can't say I wouldn't stay again!

Slap bang in the city centre, there's a decent amount of parking and the room itself was excellent, with a comfortable bed and decent bathroom. Breakfast was reasonable.

Made our Booking direct with Hotel mths in advance Disappointed when informed 2wks before arrival no pool facilities etc . Our Double Room uncomfortably small & very hot . The mattress springs stick into your body home a week now & still my back hurting from uncomfortable mattress . There’s excessive noise all though at night street revellers below our room kept us awake most of the night We had very little sleep made worse as room very hot no aircon /small fan useless . Try get shower to freshen up to go out however room so hot quickly you felt uncomfortable again Next morning we did move rooms But we felt exhausted from lack of sleep & still room far too hot completely ruined our weekend away. Breakfast is good & we had good weather On-site parking to pre-book £20 per night

We have just arrived back after a three night stay at the Worcester Whitehouse hotel. The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Worcester. All the hotel staff were very accommodating and we would like to say a special thank you to Runah on reception who was so helpful and always with a lovely friendly smile. The rooms were spotlessly clean, quite large with a king size double bed and a two seater settee. The breakfast had everything you could ask for and the staff were also very friendly. We used both the gym the pool and spa facilities, all the areas were excellent. We will definitely come back to this hotel as we had such a good weekend. A big thank you to all the staff.
