Had a lovely time staying at the hotel and all of the staff were really friendly, Lorna was exceptionally friendly and helpful and could do enough for us, I would highly recommend this hotel, it’s very quirky and full of history, breakfast was absolutely delicious and so was our evening meal, would 100% recommend, thanks

Debbie our host was exceptional, backed up by an excellent kitchen and Katy on the bar. We had 3 rooms and one was a little "tired" and needed a bit of attention. Overall though a very good experience and would recomend it as a centre for a City break at Worcester

Had a brilliant weekend visiting Worcester and staying at the Olde Talbot was excellent. Stayed Saturday night, had an evening meal and then Sunday lunch with friends. It was all brilliant. The room was great, very spacious, a fab old 4 poster bed, great shower/bath, and creaky sloping floors (Well it is an old building!). Even a nice quite fan in the bedroom. Food was great - loved the Sea Bass Risotto and the Lamb Shank was very tasty. Everyone else enjoyed their meals also. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much bother. Maybe I shouldn't rave about it too much in case we can't get a room next time we come to Worcester - but it was good. Thanks team.

Great welcome from Debbie and Jude and lovely piping hot food. We've been here a few times and are always made to feel welcome. Happy to recommend Ye Old Talbot to friends and family. Will be back again very soon. There is also a hotel attached but we've never stayed there.

Stopped at Ye olde Talbot a few times now and although it requires updating we would not stop anywhere else in Worcester. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, lovely bar area and beautiful breakfasts. For us it is the quirky details within the property which makes us always go back plus it is well positioned for loads of pubs and restaurants and again the reception given from all the staff - thank you all.

Best customer service I've ever received from manager Lorna. Helpful, friendly, professional. Her staff team were also great. Lovely, well cooked food. Fab power shower, comfortable bed, portable fan in the wardrobe. As well as an iron & ironing board. Room & bathroom were very clean, as was the pub & restaurant areas. Situated in a great location, close to Worcester Cathedral, all the shops/restaurants/bars and 5-10 minutes walk to the river and to the canal too. We parked in King Street Car park a couple of minutes walk from Ye Olde Talbot. The building is old & quaint. It is a little tired in parts and the staff are aware it needs updating - however the customer service, comfy bed, power shower, cleanliness, location & good food outweigh this and we will definitely return.

We had our works party here a few weeks ag and honestly had an amazing time with all aspects. The food was really lovely and catered to all of the dietary needs- it was all very well organised. Lorna is fab and was so attentive throughout! Would highly recommend booking here.

The wife and I had a Sunday dinner in the restaurant and it was amazing. Couldn’t fault anything, it was the roast dinner we’ve had. We were served by Katy who was fantastic, her customer service was excellent. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Simple Hotel and Pub , with nearby car parking with good rates. Room and Bathroom are clean , minimum hotel service, no reception, guest register at the Pub. Food at the Pub is regular, hotel rates are attractive, it is a good value proposition.
