Trafiłem na wycieczkę szkolną i było sporo hałasujących dzieci. Poza tym małym nieudogodnieniem (bez winy hotelu) wszystko w najlepszym porządku. Polecam.

Hotel Vestina w Wiśle, ogólnie bardzo fajny. Miła obsługa w całym hotelu po za Panem na recepcji, zero podejścia do ludzi a co dopiero do klienta. Zgłosiłam problem ze spaniem tzw.dostawką zarezerwowałam pokój studio z 4 osobnymi łóżkami. Dano nam apartament o wyższym standardzie lecz z dostawką w postaci polowki. Dorosła osoba przy wzroście prawie 190 spała na takiej dostawce przez tydzień. Pan w recepcji powiedział iż powinnam być zadowolona ze standardu pokroju.. Ok jestem nie mam wyjścia i jak zrozumiałam między zdaniami, Owy Pan zawsze jeździ na urlop wybiera pokój o wyższym standardzie ale śpi na dostawce. Rozumiem. Posiłki szwedzki stół, lecz trochę mały wybór. Codziennie jajecznica lub parówki albo kiełbaski. Obiady też nie pozwalały na kolana. Natomiast duża 5 z plusem. Na rozwiązanie mojego problemu z obiadami, mam dużą nietolerancję pokarmową i tu personel stanął na wysokości zadania. Jeszcze jedna sprawa była dla nas zaskoczeniem, kiedy zostaliśmy wyproszeni że stołówki miało to miejsce dwu krotnie raz o 10,03 i następnego dnia o 10.04 podczas kończenia kanapki.. Informacja od personelu że śniadanie się skończyło i należy opuścić pomieszczenie. Przez ponad 20 lat jeździłam w wiele miejsc ale taka sytuacja miała miejsce pierwszy raz. Szok. Oczywiście przez kolejne dni staraliśmy się wychodzić przed 10 aby nie generować niepotrzebnych sytuacji. Ogólnie hotel fajny, miejsce z wygodnym usytuowaniem na wiele wyjść. Poza tymi sytuacjami opisanymi i Panem na recepcji, miejscem mogę polecić.

Bardzo głośny hotel. Pojęcie ciszy nocnej nie istnieje. Cały czas ktoś wału po ścianch, dzieci krzyczą o 24. Dużo ludzi którzy chyba z bonu wakacyjnego korzystają.... Gdyby nie to to nie było by źle. Jedzenie w miare smaczne, położenie też ok. Jeżeli ktoś chce przez cały wyjazd chodzić niewyspany to polecam.

Wizyta z soboty na niedzielę. Hotel jest świeżo po remoncie. Gustowne aranżacje, nawiązują do krajobrazu gór... Bardzo miły pan w recepcji (zmiana nocna 6-7 sierpnia) zaprowadził nas do jacuzzi, które mieliśmy na wyłączność o godzinie 22ej. Pokoje pachną nowością( nasz numer 120), bardzo czysto. Wygodny materac Śniadanie bajka, było wszystko a nawet więcej, co można zjeść o tej porze. Plus pyszna kawa Rewelacyjny stosunek jakości do ceny. Już planujemy wrócić pod koniec sierpnia :-)
