Wszystko prawidłowo. Śniadania świetne, bardzo dobre i wysoko jakościowe jedzenie. Pokoje prawidłowo zaprojektowane, przestronne, chyba każdy pokój ma widok na góry. W okolicach trasy rowerowe, stok narciarski kawałek dalej - do przejechania samochodem/busem. Fajny parking podziemny. W godzinach szczytu na windy trzeba dłużej poczekać, a jak już przyjadą to przepełnione.

5 gwiazdek, a niestety w pokoju dziurawa pościel, pajęczyny, plamy grzyb w łazience, dziury, popękane fugi i tynki (dodałabym zdjęcia, ale nie można) klimatyzacja nie działała, w pokoju gorąco. Firanka wyglądała dosłownie jak sito - pełno dziur i plam. Musieliśmy prosić o komplety pościeli, bo nie było wszystkich. Wszelkie uwagi zgłoszone obsłudze i na tym się skończyło z ich strony. Wielka szkoda, że nikt nas wcześniej nie poinformował o możliwości przedłużenia pobytu o kilka godzin za opłatą.. Parking płatny 70 zł za dobę to już niestety jakiś żart przy takiej cenie za pobyt dla rodziny 2+2. Jedzenie smaczne, różnorodne, świeże. Nam na szczęście nie zdarzyło się trafić, aby nie było miejsca na posiłek. Obsługa pomocna. Fajny plus za dodatkowe atrakcje i animacje. Na placu wewnętrznym zabaw wiele zabawek już niestety zniszczone, nie działające, wprowadza się tam psy!!! co było dla mnie szokiem. Polecam uzbroić się w ogromną cierpliwość w kwestii wind i poruszania się po budynku w kierunkach góra-dół. Tak samo są 2 rodzaje wind, kilka segmentów budynku. Na początku (albo i cały pobyt) człowiek się bardzo tam gubi, wciąż trzeba pytać obsługę o drogę. Chyba przydałoby się wydać jakąś mapę dla gości. Dojazd zimą, gdy jest śnieg, oblodzenie tylko z łańcuchami.

Spedzilismy 2 dni we Wisle z mezem.Postanowilismy “sprawdzic” tak bardzo reklamowany hotel Crystal Mountain. Trzeba przyznac ze caly obiekt prezentuje sie swietnie,hotel jest bardzo nowoczesny no i widok z okien jest imponujący. Obsluga w porzadku ale nikt nie pokazal nic poza standardem. Restauracja i jedzenie ok,duzy wybor opcji sniadaniowych,czysto i schludnie. Bar -obsluga szybka i sympatyczna . Ceny- zdecydowanie nie nalwza do najtanszych,woda 25zl dla porowniania zurek kosztuje28! Piwo w barze drozsze niz za granica nie wspominając juz o mini barze. Basen bardzo fajny,super animacja,raj dla dzieci. Do centrum jest kawalek wiec warto wziasc pod uwage opcje -taxy. Ogolnie,swietne doswiadczenie jednak umowmy sie ze nie jest to miejsce dla “przecietnego Kowalskiego”. Czy wrocimy? Mysle ze nie,1200 zl plus 500 zl za extra rachunek w barze w tych “luksusach “ nie przekonala nas na kolejny raz.

We have checked for 2 days in November 2024 at Crystal Moutain hotel in Wisla. Unfortunatelly there were slight issues at the beggining of our stay which have made our stay a bit uncomfortable. Nothing serious but still annoying. Evening upon check in we had decide to complain to reception. We have been serviced by Deputy Hotel Director Mr. Krystian K. who resolved all issues timely with a smile and understanding. We have enjoyed our stay as much as we have expected and have excellent memories from our stay at Crystal Mountain hotel. if you face issues please talk to Managers as they are happy tohear it for improvement actions and happy to help to resolve it

Piękne widoki i pyszne śniadania Hotel oferuje wszystko co potrzeba. Spora i dobrze wyposażona sala zabaw dla dzieci. Pokoje świetnie wyciszone i przestronne. Wygodne łóżka. Miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi. Na pewno wrócimy w innym miesiącu.
