This place is not as advertised. How anyone could give it a good rating is beyond comprehension. There is no ice machine, coffee machine, swimming pool, limited towels, No toilet paper. The beds were aweful! No padding on mattress. obviously very old and used. No plastic covering. I was going to give it a 2 but when they don't have basic amenities as advertised, l drop to one. The room is old and dated, but doesn't have carpeting. No bed bugs and I know what they look like. The sheets were clean and room didnt smell. Refrigerator was cold and heat was good. No microwave as was advertised. No electric outlets by bed so if you use cpap machine or charge your phone, bring extension cords. Lamps dont work either .

I will never stay in this place ever again. With my girlfriend we were playing uno in bed having fun and she notices a roach running across the floor so she goes to kill it. Then we check a box of pizza that we got and where casually eating it and a roach was already in the box and then we threw away the other container of chicken wings incase it got infested already. And it’s now 1 am and she is paranoid about roaches and I’m starving and I just wasted so much money on food. This has been the worst stay ever do not ever come to this place.

I love almost everything. I would like to see some updates if i ever go back. The bathrooms are very 70s and the air conditioner is like one of the first ever made lol bit all in all i would go back.

A pillow, a sheet and a towel
Have stayed here often for one night stays when visiting relatives. Basically just needed a place to rest our heads. Good size queen room with loveseat, tv, microwave, bar fridge and extra bathroom sink outside the bathroom. Rooms are outdated, blanket had holes, and shower tiles cracked. However rooms, towels and linens were extremely clean. Basic amenities included soap and shampoo. Directly off the expressway with a Tim Hortons directly across the street. Quick and personable check-in. Notably the Holiday Inn Express (less than 10 minutes away) offered a bereavement rate of $350 + tax. All we needed was a pillow, a towel and a sheet. We got this and more at the Ivy Rose for less than $90 all in. Great price point.

Good stay
Staff put us in a room with poor air conditioning but upon realizing that they offered us a bigger room with a wonderful air conditioner so that was awesome! Front desk staff is super friendly!

was asked smoking or non smoking at check in. said it did not matter because it was an outside room. were given a smoking room, dirty, burn holes in carpet. Only 4 cars in parking lot, could have given us a better room. Seen the next day that the room next door to us had new flooring. Not sure if since we booked with *******, we got a crappy room??

I was only disappointed with the interior of room. Carpet, upholstered furniture and bed linens were soiled and burnt from previous guests as room is designated as "smoking"
