Wir kamen direkt vom Flughafen, recht früh am Vormittag. Die Zimmer waren schon fertig, sehr sauber und wohnlich. Im Hof sind geschmackvolle Sitzecken. Das Personal war uns bei der Restaurantbuchung sehr behilflich, sprach sogar deutsch. Wir gaben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Auch das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war gut, auch wenn der jungen Dame die Frage nach Eierspeisen erst spät in den Sinn kam. War schön!

Great place to stay - clean, safe, lovely hot showers, comfy bed (although was two singles pushed together haha), lovely bed linen, fabulous breakfast and, best of all, friendly and helpful staff - nothing was a problem. Would highly recommend

We can only recommend the Elegant Guesthouse to travelers planning an overnight stay in Windhoek from or to the airport. Anyone wanting to see Windhoek and planning to stay for several nights should definitely choose a different accommodation. This guesthouse is completely unsuitable for a longer stay or in rainy weather! When it's raining, the only option is to stay in a very impersonal and cold breakfast room. The pool area is uninviting, and if you're unlucky, you'll end up with a room under a staircase, or the wet area is only separated by walls in the room (open at the top). We didn't take any photos here because we didn't want to take the bad memories home with us.

Leuk gesitueerd met ruimte om de kamers heen. Tafels en stoelen en een piepklein zwembadje. Fijne bedden, hele schone kamer. Goed ontbijt. Lief personeel. Goede tips om uit eten te gaan. Windhoek zelf is niet veel, wij hadden genoeg aan een middag.

I was with a group in the guesthouse! On the first visit, the third guest, who arrived 5 minutes later, only received a cold breakfast. No coffee! You had to make your own from the coffee machine. The other two guests received fried eggs with bacon. At the end of the trip, none of the three guests received a hot breakfast. No coffee was served either. Only after complaining were we told to make our own coffee from the machine! Reluctantly, they also prepared fried eggs. Absurd in a hotel of this category!

Free coffee all say, honesty box for alcohol and water. Great toiletries and air conditioning in rooms. Shower was powerful. Beds soft Pool area deserted so nice and quiet, towels on sun beds waiting for you. 3 min walk to Joe's Beerhouse, who booked a drive back for us. Loved this place
