Windermere Boutique Hotel Spa Suites & Hot Tubs

If you need a quiet romantic break in the UK then this hotel is definitely the one. We were amazed at the facilities and had a wonderful time.

This hotel is a real gem. Such a beautiful building for starters. The suite we stayed in (Sugar) was wonderful. The living area was so well decorated, the furniture and furnishings feel luxe and carefully thought out. There was a vase of fresh flowers, which shows such a great attention to detail. Great tea and coffee facilities too. The bedroom was super stylish and the pièce de résistance is the spa bathroom, with hot tub, shower/steam room and relaxation area. There were complementary robes as well as Molton Brown quality toiletries, which I’m a massive fan of. The room was also spotlessly clean. The staff we met during our stay were friendly, helpful and seem genuinely keen to make guests feel welcome, valued and relaxed. We also received a glass of Prosecco on arrival which was a lovely unexpected surprise. There was a wide selection of breakfast options and everything was cooked superbly. After we had left, the hotel rang to tell us we’d left a couple of pieces of clothing behind, which was kind of them. Luckily we were still in the area and were able to go back and collect. If you’re seeking a romantic, relaxed spa style stay, you’d be hard pushed to find one. better.

We are just driving home for a gorgeous overnight stay, My husband planned the break as a surprise and I was blown away by the hotel. On our arrival we were greeted by lovely stay and glass of Prosecco. We were made to feel very much at ease and the owner (I think he’s the owner) made special effort to greet and chat with us. It’s those special personal touches that make all the difference. :) Our room was so lovely. , we had a suite with hot tub and the whole aesthetic was relaxing and welcoming. Lots of little touches and home comforts that added to the stay. The rooms were clean and welcoming and the amenities very good. We had a massage each booked in the room and this was a massive highlight. The comfort of your own space to relax was the added bonus. We opted to have our breakfast in the room for a small charge which was lovely. The menu options were great and offered a good variety based on your preference for a large breakfast , or lighter choice. Coffee was superb and clearly the ingredients were freshly cooked to perfection. I really don’t have a bad thing to say about the stay! From Entering the hotel we were met by a lovely gentleman who made us feel very welcome. He offered us a glass of presecco and then took us to our room. The room was absolutely amazing, we had an outdoor hot tub and the bathroom had a jacuzzi and an outdoor area. The room was so clean and the little Extras were amazing. I was treat to a back massage and facial and the lady came to my room to do this which was amazing. Highly recommend the treatments. Breakfast was delivered to our room and was delicious We had a lovely stay and didn’t want to leave Highly recommend for a special occasion

My name is Kelly me and my partner stayed at the windermere boutique for his birthday when we arrive the lady on reception really gave us the time and we had lovely chat and was given a glass of complimentary prosecco. We was then took to our room with added touches including birthday balloon and a card. I stayed at the hotel many years ago and it's still amazing as it was then the room was so clean, special, beautiful and the food was outstanding. As we was leaving we was lucky enough to meet the owner who went above and beyond with his time gave us a little tour. I can't wait to get back up in a few weeks and would like to thank everyone who works there for making it as special as it was. Well worth the money and well worth the visit

I came here as a suprise from my partner for my birthday. Could not fault the place, staff were absolutely gorgeous and the place was immaculate. We got a welcome glass of Prosecco on arrival. Cannot fault the room we stayed in, amazing hot tub and bath suite. Everything was perfect! Would absolutely stay here again!
