Lovely stay, the guest house was spotless clean and right in the centre of Bowness-On-Windermere. Would definitely recommend, we were greeted by the host on our arrival and given a leaflet of the most recommended restaurants in town.

Lovely stay. Great host (Michelle) with immense knowledge of the area and ideal recommendations on things to do, places to eat, etc. Fantastic location. Would definitely return.

This is a family hotel, I didn't notice it when I booked it. The room was clean and it was a 15-minute walk from the ferry in the town. The landlord had a lot of rules: for example, you can't bring food from the restaurant back to the room, put your shoes on the tray, check out at 10 o'clock, and you can't store your bag after checking out.

Lovely stay in room number 1! Great location and friendly owners who will give you recommendations! Has the comfiest bed ever - we’ll always come back here when visiting Bowness, came 3 years ago too and couldn’t fault it then either, 10/10

We had a brilliant stay at Bowness Guest House. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming! The room was modern, spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. Would highly reccommend this place to anyone, we will definitely be back!
