Just had a two night stay, was a bit dissatisfied as the room was not as nice as it looked on the photos, it was clean and Larraine was very welcoming, but it was very tired , and a little time and money could make it better, the bed was very soft and the pillows were not very good. The breakfast was continental but you had to eat in your room, don’t think the food is checked very often as we want some toast but the butter was black inside and the cereal was stuck and took some getting out of the container, a cooked breakfast would have been a nice option as just down the road we found out for the money we paid at Manor , at Arundle Hotel for £6 each more we could have had a better stay.

We had a two nights stay, Larraine is very welcoming, but we were disappointed with the room, on photos it looked really nice, but it did not match the photos ( room 3 ) it was clean but for the price it needs some attention, bed to soft, pillows not very good and we would have preferred to have had the option of a good breakfast for the price of the room as just further down the road at Arundale hotel for a extra £6 breakfast was included with better quality rooms

Very pleasant owner lives on site. External Painting being undertaken not a problem.
Continental plus Included breakfast but to be eaten in room, self served from dresser on landing.
