The owners are very friendly and checked we didn't run out of any consumerables. The room was clean and hot water in abundance. Only downside the mattresses could have been more comfy and if you are on the heavy side you may well bottom out! Although free parking disks are provided by the guest house, actually finding a place to park is another story and to be fair this is a problem with all the Guest Houses in Whitby who offer free street parking. The closest parking space was often about 10 mins from the Guest House - not ideal. The guest house is well positioned, about 10 mins walk to the town centre and about 5 mins from the front.

It is a lovely place in a nice quiet area ...bedroom very cleaned nice comfy bed and the owner very nice the area is very close to centre ..we would definitely come again

Convenient location and friendly staff. However the rooms need a proper clean- cobwebs everywhere, sticky coffee stains on the coasters, and clothing left in the wardrobe (?!)
