A nice comfortable hotel with helpful friendly staff who are easy to communicate with in person or by phone.
The hotel is located towards the top part of West Cliff which is good for walking downhill towards centre of town but also the hotel is within a very short walk to the sea view and beach.

Not good. 1 room didn't lock. Other room had sewage smell and shower had no hot water. Offered options but hassle to move. Customer service was quick but tbh, just get it right first time!

Handy location, but couldn't find a parking spot to make use of the permit we paid for. Luckily there's a leisure centre car park within 10 mins walk. We stayed in rm 17 - the parrot room. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Pillows could be renewed, but lumpy/sparsly filled, and bed was very soft - but we had a decent nights sleep. The room is on the ground floor ( it didn't say the location in the booking info - may be helpful to include floor) so front door action was quite noisy, as were footsteps from room above. Luckily after 11pm it was quiet and we weren't disturbed. We stay again, all fine for the ££. Comms from the booking people were clear and friendly.

Although this is not a five star hotel it's amazing for what you pay. This was our 4th stay here. It's in a good location, parking is £3 for 2 days. The room was immaculate. Our bed was really comfortable but a little creaky. Tea, coffee and Borders biscuits in the room. Enjoyed our stay again. Will definitely use again.
