Really enjoyed staying here, my room was facing the harbour so a lovely view. Breakfast was really good, great choice to eat. Pubs and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. Also, the town and bus stops were all close by.

The guesthouse was in a wonderful location with views of the harbour on one side and the beach on the other. It was clean, warm, comfortable and Karen made us feel welcome right from the start. No need to worry about parking, a parking permit is available for use in the parking zones surrounding the guesthouse. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality and the checkin/checkout flexible and hassle-free. On top of all of this, we accidentally left something in the room which they posted to us. It was a perfect little get away for the weekend, we would gladly return for another stay. 5 stars!

This is a perfect, friendly guest house. Booked it for its location near the Pavilion theatre. Karen, the boss was able to supply us with a permit to park outside which was very convenient. We had room 4, 2nd floor, which was ideal for our 1-night stay. A nice view of the harbour and en suite facilities. The front rooms and breakfast room have a view along the length of the beach. Breakfast was very filling and plenty of choice all cooked to order. Definitely stay here again, as all the guests we met were so friendly as well.

Lovely stay at the Beah View. gorgeous sea view from our room. Karen & Graham fantastic hosts. My son loved the kippers for breakfast !

Came down here with my wife and mum and dad. On arrival we met the lovely Karen who welcomed us in and got to know us and took our breakfast order. Graham was kind enough to take my parents bags to their room. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and even has a fridge and fan! Brilliant as it was a hot week and the fridge I stocked with cold water. We had the view of the harbour which was great for watching the boats come in and out every day. Breakfast was great and always ended on Karen coming down to talk to us which was lovely. Brilliant stay and we will be coming back.

Had a wonderful week in this lovely guest house. Outstanding views. The hosts were absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely breakfast with a great choice of food available. Will definitely be visiting again. Loved every minute.
