"Beautiful hotel had a lovely relaxing stay. Food was lovely really nice breakfast too. Staff were very helpful and really nice. Pool area is good not to busy. Not much round about but perfect if you want a quiet relaxing time away. Would definitely recommend. Will go back again."

"Hotel is very easy to find ,located around 2 minutes from the Ardrossan South beach station . Additionally it is around a 15 minute walk to the Ardrossan Ferry terminal for the Arran boat . It was a very nice touch that the hotel had appropriate Halloween themed lighting upon arrival outside and inside for Halloween weekend . Upon check in the front desk were very welcoming and took the time to explain where everything was and take our order for breakfast . As our ferry was cancelled the next day , the staff at the hotel were very helpful and let us keep our bags in our room as the weather was atrocious and offered to let us stay in the bar/lounge area as long as we needed. Excellent service . Hotel room and all other areas were perfectly clean and in good condition . The room had a kettle and the bar was open until late . The breakfast in the morning was also fantastic . Overall a great stay before going over to Arran and would stay again."

"There is a certain distance between the hotel and the restaurant. There is no parking lot outside the hotel. There is a parking lot at the restaurant. There is plenty of parking space. The hotel is still looking for a good location. The food in the restaurant is good. It looks like it is quite good in the local area."

"Great all round. Amenities, facilities, location and personal service. Breakfast excellent with choice of fresh fruit, complementary croissant and range of breakfast cereals, full Scottish breakfast or own choice. Highly recommend."
