Wunderschönes Hotel mit ausgezeichneten Angestellten. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll gestaltet, die Bäder modern und einfach zugänglich. Die Balkone sind wohl gepflegt und haben einen perfekten Ausblick auf das Schloss. Das Frühstück war reichlich, frisch und sehr lecker.
Ich empfehle jedoch die Anreise mit dem Auto da die Busanbindung sehr schlecht ist.

Großes und leckeres Frühstücks Büfett. Sehr netter Service. Leider kein Restaurant mehr. Das Zimmer mit Balkon hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht. An drei Tagen hatten Schüler ihr Sprungtraining, was spannend zu beobachten war.
Leider ließ in der dritten Etage das WLAN zu wünschen übrig.
Alles in allem ein erholsamer Urlaub.

Zimmer war ok aber das Badezimmer ist enttäuschend besonders die verrostete Heizung, wo die sauber Tücher hängen. Frühtuck ist auch ok.

Eine kurze Bewertung von unseren Kurz Trip ☺️ Das Schanzenhaus in Wernigerode kann man nur weiter empfehlen es war sehr sauber, bezaubernde Zimmer und eine fantastische Lage nicht weit weg von der Promenade.

Ein rundum gutes Hotel was man weiterempfehlen kann. Leider hatten wir nur zwei Übernachtungen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, vom Müsli bis zum Rührei war alles dabei.

Der Frühstücksservise war super in Ordnung . Es fehlte eine Möglichkeit sich zu.B. Am Abend aufzuhalten, da das Hotel kein Abendessen angeboten hat. Wenn man nicht irgendwo im Ort zu Abend gegessen hat ist man dort aufgeschmissen. Der Service am Empfang war nicht sehr freundlich eingestellt. Die Betten viel zu weich und im Mittelteil eine starke Kuhle. Das Hoel ist in die Jahre gekommen und i unbedingt renovierungsbedürftig. Der Heizkörper im Bad ist stark angerostet. Es fehlte ein Kühlschrank. Es sieht so aus als wenn mann nur immer stückchenweise renoviert. Nur als Übernachtung okay aber keine 3 Sterne
