Hotel etwas abseits gelegenen mit Blick zum Schloss.
Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Auf dem Zimmer ist Alexa installiert, der man jedoch mit dem Stecker den Garaus machen kann - heißt, den Spuk beenden. Parkplätze sind rar, deshalb zeitig kommen. Am Wochenende schwierig. Wer Abends wegfährt, hat beim Wiederkommen erhebliche Schwierigkeiten, einen geeigneten Parkplatz zu ergattern. Eindeutiger Minuspunkt.

Zimmer ist sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Parken ist kein Problem. Netter Ausblick. Zu Fuß ist es in die Innenstadt ziemlich weit (20 min).

Das Hotel sowie die Ausstattung und der Service waren ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ganz bequem, die Dusche perfekt und das Frühstück lecker! Das Hotel ist sehr günstig und empfehle ich gerne! Nun weiß ich, wo ich übernachten kann, wenn ich nach Wernigerode komme.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. The rooms are lovingly designed, the bathrooms are modern and easily accessible. The balconies are well maintained and have a perfect view of the castle. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh and very tasty.
However, I recommend arriving by car as the bus connection is very poor.

Large and delicious breakfast buffet. Very nice service. Unfortunately no restaurant anymore. The room with balcony had a wonderful view. On three days, students had their jumping training, which was exciting to watch.
Unfortunately, the WiFi on the third floor left a lot to be desired.
All in all, a relaxing vacation.
