Im Harz ist das wohl der Standard. Badewanne mit Duschvorhang ist nicht so meins. Ansonsten ist alles zufriedenstellend.... Begeisterung kommt aber nicht aif

Top Hotel in Top-Lage. Mit dem Auto ist man auch mal schnell in Thale und Quedlinburg. Mit der Schmalspurbahn auch schnell auf dem Brocken.

Die Unterkunft war okay. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist okay. Die alte Badewanne war ein bisschen eklig und es riecht etwas muffig. Das Personal beim Check-In war freundlich, beim Check-Out und beim Frühstück eher so lala. Vielleicht wäre hier nochmal eine Schulung für Umgang mit Kunden ganz gut. Beim Frühstück wurde ich angeschrien, dass ich an einem falschen Tisch sitze. Sowas kann man auch freundlicher rüberbringen.
Die Lage zum Zentrum ist jedoch Top und es gibt ein angeschlossenes Parkhaus.

Großes Hotel aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Tolle Bar im Hotel mit sehr angenehmen und sehr sympathischen Barkeeper! Gutes Frühstücksbüffet. Zimmer sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Badewanne als Dusche ist aber für ältere Herrschaften etwas schwierig begehbar und der Duschvorhang nervt ein wenig. Empfehlenswert
