Very nice hotel in beautiful Wengen. Very helpful staff and delicious breakfast. While it may not be the biggest of hotels, it more than compensate with a great team of staff. Hotel is situated at the top of a slope but the very helpful staff was extremely helpful in giving us a ride both to and from the hotel.

Wengen最火的酒店應該是Regina，但看了説設施太老，千挑萬選出了這家相對小眾的
酒店位置在小鎮的最高處，有一股與世無爭的清凈感，拉着行李也不用擔心，火車從勞特布龍嫩開出時就可以打電話給酒店派車來接，英語交流即可，火車抵達後就能看到酒店的小車啦！不過車衹能坐四個人喔（check out後也提供送站服務）
訂了有陽台的房型，在陽台上坐坐很舒服！但因為有樹的阻擋，所以沒辦法看到山谷的全貌。因為陽台連通，能聽見其他房間説話
房間有點小，但很乾凈，就是廁所真的太小了，稍微大衹一點的人洗澡一轉身絕對會簾子粘身上
酒店衹提供早餐，不做午飯晚飯，但早餐真的很不錯，吃完中午不用吃的程度，可以找服務員點煎蛋和炒蛋，都是現做的，然後阿華田醬配麪包巨香！

Our superior room was spotless and a very nice size. The view from the balcony is incredible. The bathroom was very small, but that is advertised on the website. Everyone we spoke to could not do enough to help us, from recommendations for activities to helping us to and from the train station with luggage. It is quite a steep walk uphill from the train station, so be sure to call ahead and arrange a pickup when you arrive with luggage. The walk may be a challenge for those with mobility problems, check with the hotel before booking and I am sure they could work something out. The hotel has an elevator and it was much appreciated after a day of hiking. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. There are nice touches throughout the hotel - such as an honesty bar, water with ice in the lobby, snacks in the room, a game room for rainy days, and comfy chairs in the garden. I highly recommend this hotel!

We loved this hotel . The views are stunning of the Jungfrau . We could see it on our balcony or from the garden. The hotel is very clean , the beds comfortable and the staff very friendly . I would recommend this hotel ! The breakfast was great too .

I love how everything was clean and everyone is very nice. Both staff and people in the town. I highly recommend staying here for sightseeing and calm walks.

Had a great time with friends and family. The staff was excellent and went above and beyond taking care of the needs of our group. Most hotels would not have helped with the issues that our group had, but Andreas always said, "Let me see what I can do". The breakfasts had everything you might want. They catered a group dinner for us and it was the best meal I had in the area. We wish they had a restaurant. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when we return.

We just spend a fabulous week in the Alpenruhe. A wonderful staff that are there to serve you. Courteous and friendly. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Breakfast are hot and delicious! Our outdoor special event, cooked on an open firepit, was phenomenal! Delicious! I recommend this hotel to everyone. You will not be dissappointed!
